This is why I Highly Recommend Patterson Family Paractice: Dr. Patterson and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner! He has been my primary care physician for a long time now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. I went in for routine and discussed allergies to Dr. Patterson. He knew from my description exactly what I needed. I spent all weekend outside without a runny nose, sneezing fit or congestion. I thought to myself why didnt I talk to him about this sooner. I was switching to find the best over counter medicine Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec, Advil cold and sinus, and Benadryl. I did this forever and got no relief. I also have tried a specialist before speaking to Dr. Patterson. I was pricked up and down my arms. Now I know that was such a waste of time. I even went to an Urgent care facility for it before. That was another waste of time & money! Finally, I am allergy free and can breathe. Thank you, Dr. Patterson! The staff is so efficient. They are very equipped with the most up to date information. My bill was due when I came in. The front desk politely asked me if I wanted to pay it. I was so surprised that she was so passive and nice. It made realize these ladies must have trouble with people not paying and getting angry at them. I told her of course I want to settle up that bill immediately. She asked very nicely the whole balance. I told her Yes of course I dont want an outstanding medical bill out there. Dr. Pattersons staff is genuine & cares about their patients.

Horrible experience. Dr Baker was not only late but extremely loud and rude. She walked in the room and told me that I could only tell her some of my health issues and Id have to make another appointment to come in again for everything else. She refused to do blood work and only agreed after I demanded it be done (I was having hypothyroidism symptoms). I was told that I "didnt have real insurance, only Obamacare" and thats why my $500+ visit was only ten minutes long. The staff are also rude and seem to only care about money and not the quality of care of their patients. When I called and talked to the "office manager" (after FOUR different unanswered messages left), I was told that legally they can charge that, so they do. You couldnt pay me to go back to that lousy office.

I find this office to be very unprofessional and all they are about is the MONEY. The office lady referred to in another comment is someones family member and absolutely has a TERRIBLE attitude and talks down to patients like they are 2 yrs old. Heaven forbid you have an emergency because they wont see you unless you have that little $20 co-pay that will bankrupt them if they dont get it when you come in to be seen by them. MONEY MONEY MONEY is all they are about .. not treating patients. I WAS a long time patient and referred them to everyone I know and trust me everyone I know will hear about the poor treatment (lack of) my family received and treating me like I am simply nothing to them.

I quit going there years ago because you could never get in and found the Family Practice to be rather unfriendly. Now, they have definitely crossed the line with how rude they were to my husband and their very DECEPTIVE BILLING practices. Avoid this place at all costs, go somewhere where they are actually concerned about the patient and not the $.

Dr. Patterson is one of the sharpest and best doctors I have ever seen. I have been going to him for several years and my family is also very happy with his services. I have also seen Dr. Baker in the same office and have no complaints there either. Keep up the good work, it is hard to find a good doctor anymore specially one you can understand.

Dr. Patterson has been my GP for about 10 years now and hes one of the best around! After moving out of the state and failing to find another doctor as good as him, I now wait until I go back to Missouri to visit family and schedule an appointment with him. I highly recommend this doctor!

still debating been calling to get scripts filled they told me to pick up next day so went in wasted my gas told me they didnt have it that theyll leave a note and call me this afternoon ...no call...no scripts.. over the weekend even .. so no meds for the weekend wow real good huh?
