When making my appointment I asked if they were in network and they said that my insurance did cover their services. I went in for a cleaning and check up,little did I know that they were not and that they can charge whatever amount and I would have to cover the rest. This ended up costing me about $150. I was there 4 hours because they alarmed me by saying that I desperately needed a whole mouth more deep cleaning that would require 4 appointments and anesthesia. They quoted me $10,000 ()right then and there) for that work. I told them I would get a second opinion and went to a periodontist which said all I needed was a good cleaning (not what I was told by Dr. Kardaris herself). They seem desperate for MONEY and they will try to sell you anything. They also take turns at talking sweet to you so that you will agree to do the work that they recommend. I spoke to Dr. Kardaris, her secretary and the higenist and this took 4 hours.

My experience at New Age Dental was a superb one!! First of all, they were able to fit me in on a very busy Saturday because of my toothache. Not only did they fit me in, they also had time for my husbands exam!!! After realizing that I needed a root canal, they were so accomodating and got me started that day!! My old dentists never would have made time for my emergency. Considering the last root canal I did was about one and a half hours each for three visits. I prepared myself for the agonizing journey, however after a mere 30 minutes, I WAS DONE!!! It was virtually painless, even during the numbing process witht he shots. They kept checking to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was overall a pleasant experience. Personally from now on, I wont be dreading going to the dentist anymore, and I would recommend this office to anyone!!

First, if you have a "dental-phobia" like me, this is the place for you! I have always neglected my teeth until the pain becomes unbearable. This time around, it was an infected wisdom tooth. After that got taken care of, an exam showed I needed a lot of work. (I also found out their digital X-rays use a fraction of the radiation of a normal X-ray.) I decided I needed to be knocked out for the first session which got the root canals and most of the drilling and pulling out of the way. For the rest, I was pre-medicated and used headphones. After a couple shots of Novocain and full volume control on the headphones, I didnt even know I was at the dentist. Thanks to Dr. Kardaris and her team, I no longer carry the dread of making a dental appointment. And I finally have healthy teeth and a great smile. Thank you, Dr. Kardaris!!!

I had not been to the dentist in quite some time because the last dental experience I had was full of pain and unpleasantness. I can say I have never been in less pain during dental work. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. I have had several appointments in the past few months due to my years of neglect and Dr. Kardaris has worked miracles for my mouth by replacing old fillings from when I was a child and repairing tooth decay and cavities as well as the hygienists have cleaned my teeth so they are much whiter now. I am looking forward to getting my teeth clean and cavity free so I can move forward with invisalign braces and just have my regular cleanings to keep my mouth from falling back into such a bad state where I had to avoid certain foods because of pain and sensitivity.

I went for a cleaning and x-rays. Very, very, friendly people. Theyre so friendly it seems that everyone works off commission! The whole 2 hours I was there, just for a cleaning and x-rays mind you(when it shouldve taken an hour), all anyone seemed to want to do was sell me something extra. From getting my teeth whitened to my wisdom teeth pulled. The girl taking the x-rays didnt seem to know how to even get the xray cards in my mouth! And to top it off, when I was first setting up the appointment, I asked if they were in my network. They said yes, and guess what?! A month later I got a bill in the mail because they werent!

Stay away from this dental group, I was harassed by the receptionist who called twice a day to reschedule my second appointment. When I refused to call back she booked an appointment without my consent and later was charged $50.00 for not showing up. Tried to dispute with the office but they sent the amount to a collection agency. Besides that, the tooth I got fixed I had to get redone by a different dentist. Absolutely the worst dental experience to date.
