My experience today was unacceptable, and extremely frustrating. I have to come in each month to pick up my prescription. I called yesterday to order my prescription. As always, I was told it would be available for pick up the following day. They said they would give me a call if there were any issues. I took off work to pick up my prescription this afternoon. When I got there, I was told I was due for my 3 month appointment, so my prescription would not be available until then. While I realize I am required to see Dr. Voges every 3 months, it would have been nice for them to have told me when I called in yesterday, or even sometime this morning, so I wouldnt have had to take off work and drive up there for no reason. Now, I wont have my prescription for several more days, and will have to take off work again to go back up there. This simply should not happen, and I expect a decent amount of courtesy and respect for my time, which could have been accomplished with a minimal amount of communication. In fact, it should be something the office staff looks at when patients call to order their prescriptions. For all of your patients sake, please work out a better system to avoid such inconveniences.

I cannot imagine anyone being frustrated with this physician. I have had this doctor for over 10 years and NEVER had a problem with his care. He is very attentive and personal. He explains things well and is thorough in his exam. And, his bed-side manner is impeccable. My entire family sees this physician and I am constantly recommending him to others. A blessing is how Id describe him.

My husband and I have gone to Dr Voges for about 10 years, and our 2 children see him as well. He is amazing with all of us. He is kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel cared about every time. The entire staff are just as generous as he is, and always have a welcoming smile. There arent enough words to express how grateful we are to have found this office.

His staff, demeanor, knowledge, bedside manner, personality, all around compassion and everything else is impressive. I dont see how anyone could have any complaints about Dr. Voges, his staff or professionalism. He is awesome.
