The worst clinic I have even gone. The employee are rule on patient. When I made the appointment for my 2nd dose of vaccine , I told them my age and birthday, type of insurance, and what type of vaccine I want to take. They told me I m total fine with my insurance. Today In the clinic, I spent a lot of time to fill the paperworks and take exams , as well as I paid the basic primary care fee. After all these, they told me I cant take my vaccine due to my age is older than 21,or I should pay by myself , they cant accept my insurance, or I go to other places to take it. What they said is on the excuse of mistake. But I already contact to my insurance company, it covers what my want，and I already take first dose of vaccine just couple mouth ago. If this Clinic do not take my insurance, why they make my appointment to waste my time and money? They let me stand in their office room for waiting when they discussing, the service is rule.

Worst place Ive ever gone too. and I tend to go to the doctors a lot. Nurses are sarcastic and unproffessional towards patients and the nurse who was flushing my ears, caused bleeding in my ears that had to be taken care of by urgent care. Worst experience ever and I will never be back. Wish I could rate this place with 0 stars. And it turned out that I had a punctured eardrum. Yeah, never coming back to this place.

I see Cathy, who is absolutely wonderful. Yes, theres typically a long-ish wait time, but thats because Cathy takes as long as you need and gets behind. She really listens and cares. The staff and nurses are always friendly and helpful, but Ive never been impressed with the doctors of this practice.

Dr. Leahy and his staff are an amazing bunch. Love these guys... never really have to wait a long time, even when me and the kids all go at the same time.

You will spend at least an hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the room for the dr to come in. Half the time you dont even see a dr.

I typically come in to see Cathy, and she is absolutely amazing. The wait time is never a problem... and all the nurses and staff are great!
