Dr. Buckley is amazing. Her receptionist, however, could use multiple lessons in decency and respect. After being unable to call in for a refill for my father from noon until after 3p.m due to the phones being off, my sister went into the office. When she attempted to let the receptionist know that the phones were still off from lunch, the woman snapped at her and told her that NO, THEY WERENT. When my sister tried to explain why she was there, the woman then ignored her and began speaking to someone else in the office. Once my sister was able to explain to her that she just needed a script refilled, instead of just printing out and signing what she needed, the woman told my sister she needed to give her a cell phone number so she could be called when it was ready. Completely unprofessional and totally unappreciated. Dr. Buckley clearly needs a new receptionist.

Best Doctor in the area! She is always willing to listen and take the time needed to fix whatever is going on. Its very hard to find a doctor of this quality!
