What a great place!! I cannot say enough good things about this practice!! Dr. Jane DeFalco is wonderful - weve been going to her for almost 5 years now. She takes as much time as you need and is genuinely concerned about the welfare of my children. Her nurse, Rose, is great with kids and clearly really loves working with children. My kids (2 and 4) love her! I disagree with the reviewer who said the waiting room is "dingy" and looks like "that of a inner city Dr. office." The waiting room is perfectly acceptable to me - while theres nothing amazing about it, it certainly is clean and has books, movies and games to keep the kids entertained while we wait. And since the waiting time is always so short, we dont really spend more than a few minutes there anyway. Weve also seen 2 other doctors in the practice when weve had an urgent need to get in and Dr. DeFalco has not been available, and both of them have been wonderful as well. Overall its a very kid-friendly practice and I think most children will feel as comfortable there as they could be at any doctors office.

I have always loved this office. I grew up with Dr. Darryl Cohen as my pediatrician. He was always great, and he helped my family feel comfortable with doctor visits. He was my pediatrician, my sisters and my two cousins who live in the area. I have grown up and moved on for a doctor for myself. I had a son though, and now he goes to Dr. Cohen. He is great with all ages, is very personable, and extremely helpful. The women at the front desk and the nurses are always kind and considerate, and they will find a way to help you however they can. The office is very simple, but efficient. Ive never seen it overly crowded, and they are reasonably on time. I am very glad to be raising my son with his health care in this office, especially with Dr. Cohen.

This is the best office!!! My babies have been going to Dr. Cohen their entire life now 17 and 19. I started there when my oldest was eight months old because I did not like the first office I started her in. I was immediately impressed! We have been at this office ever since. Nineteen Years! I have never had any complaint about the wonderful staff and all of the doctors there. They have ALWAYS taken the best care of my girls and answered all of my questions with such care and concern even the silly ones not to mention how smart they all are. I have always felt so lucky that I found them!

The woman on the phone named RHONDA, I dont know if she is a nurse or just some grunt they put there, but she is very rude and condescending. She actually laughed at a question I had, and then repeated some nonsense back to me as if I didnt know the meaning of basic words. This is not how you treat a worried parent. You dont trivialize the parents concerns and dismiss a childs injury or illness like it doesnt matter. This is not just unacceptable for a medical professional, but unacceptable for any decent human being.

I would have to say the staff and doctors are very nice. As a new patient they did take us very quickly. The only negative is the office and waiting room are very dated and not very hygenic. The waiting room is all one room with no sick / well section. The overall appearance is that of a inner city Dr. office. NOT a office that I am sure they pay a high rent for considering the address. They need to dump some dough on venue -

Ive been trying to get them to send my sons records to his new doctors and they wont this has been for the las 6 years and its getting to be bull, and they wanna charge me when its suppose yo be free for them to send it to other offices and the people whi answer the phone are rude,
