I went to this office for a physical for work employment. The doctor was wonderful, the staff was wonderful. However, they stated via phone call AND in person at the reception desk that it would be a flat $81 dollars, yet I received a bill in the mail for another $49 for a total of $130. I hoped it was just billed incorrectly, but upon calling the billing office it says in their computer it was a physical. I didnt have any extra lab work or tests run. The billing office was polite and responsive and is submitting it for review, so if at some point they take the extra charge off then I will increase the number of stars for this review. However, I advise anyone thinking of going to this facility to be aware that the amount they bill you may not be the same price they communicate with you at the front desk. Update: after 3 months and receiving yet another bill in the mail the billing office finally cancelled the extra charge, so I have increased the rating for this business. I will not be returning because of this extra headache it has caused me. Just be aware to thoroughly check your bill if you decide to go here. Its a shame because the back office staff were wonderful, it was just a billing error on the receptionists part and the billing office that was a problem.

Took my little girl here because she was complaining of her throat and had a fever, it was a Sunday morning and I knew she needed to get better. While after being there for 45 minutes we went back to the room. My little girl did throw up some and they gave her anti-nausea medicine. The nurse looked at her throats and said it was probably from coughing. I asked if they could test her for strep. He then said he didnt need to as there were no apparent signs of strep and that she propbably has gastritis. Fast forward to 24 hours later and she went to her primary and was tested for strep and it was positive. Going to medfast was a waste of our time, money, efforts. It was the first and the last that we will be going there. They just wanted to get us out to provide terrible service to the next patients. Dollar signs is all they see. And the "gentleman" at the front desk could not be more obvious of how much he hated his job and that we were inconveniencing him. Terrible. Next time Ill wait the 3 hours when Neimours opens their walk in clinic.

Brought my mother in who has Parkinsons and is confined to a wheel chair. There was no one ahead of us. After being asked what was wrong then ( she had fallen and had a cut on her scalp line that was not bleeding) asked to fill out paperwork, someone came out of the back and said because of her age (79) she would have to go the ER. We asked that a Doctor take a quick look at her head to see if he/she thought stitches were required. After insisting to speak with the Doctor, a man who claimed he was a physician came out but refused to look at her.(My Mother was 5 feet away. He would not even make eye contact) I told the man that I would happily pay the fee if they would just take a quick look at her head. He refused. So much for the hippocratic oath-and I am thinking that the guy who said he was a physician was not. Do NOT even think of going to this place unless its a minor knee scrape. I would just go to the ER. BTW- all she needed was a couple of stiches and the ER at Viera is fabulous.

I took my daughter here because shes been non stop coughing for 5 days now. It was the closest walk in clinic to our house so we decided to go. After filling out paperwork and being called in, we walked into the examination room. It smelled so BAD. All you could smell was cigarettes and body odor. After the nurse took my daughters temperature, she told me that she could smell cigarettes on her fingers as she held the thermometer to her face. She clearly did not wash her hands and you could smell the cigarettes on her clothes. The cleanliness of this place was very questionable and do not recommend coming here to anyone.

I have recently visited MedFast Urgent Care in Suntree/Viera, and the staff and Dr. were very accommodating. The wait time was very short, and the staff made the process seamless from office to patient room. They were very friendly and professional, and the Dr. was pleasant and very helpful. No complications and certainly well worth returning back there for most of my challenges. Thank you one and all. A pleasure, especially compared to other medical offices that are near impossible to accomplish anything, no less get an appointment. Best in Florida I have found. Thank you, FJB

AVOID THIS PLACE. They quoted me one price over the phone. I was very clear about the getting the correct price when i called. When i arrived at their office they tried to charge me almost DOUBLE what they quoted. Then they were dishonest about the first quote. Weather it was a misunderstanding or not it was very unprofessional. Also, their office space is very small, dingy and in a strip mall next to a Papa Jons... If you value your heath and $$$, do not go here.

I went yesterday to get my foot x-rayed for a possible broken toe. The staff was totally amazing! Everybody was nice and friendly. The worst part about it was I forgot to bring my meds list so I couldnt remember everything. Otherwise, there werent any issues whatsoever except for my own. Ill go back if needed. Worth the extra drive time from Rockledge. I left smiling. Thats always a good thing in my book. Thanks to everybody there.

This was my second visit to Med Fast, both experiences were excellent. The staff has treated me very well both times. I was able to get in quickly to see a Nurse Practitioner who did an exam on me and quickly diagnosed my condition. He prescribed some antibiotics and I was feeling much better a couple days later. I will go here anytime that I cannot get in to see my own doctor.

Most of the physicians are Emergency room board certified and are ready for anything! We proudly consider MedFast our family doctor.”

I have been to the Suntree MedFast location four times over the last couple years for my kids. They are our go to place for our kids when we can not get in to see our pediatrician or on weekends. The wait times are minimal compared to other walk-in clinics, and the nurses and doctors always do a great job with the kids.

WOW all I have to say is the staff is great, the service was fast. Paper work not bad. I was here with my daughter and you know how kids get antsy. They had some stuff for her to do, and they seen me very fast for my cuts I had from my neighbors dog jumping on me. I will use them over and over! Thanks MedFast
