I waited probably 3 minutes before being taken back for a basic exam with the nurse before seeing the doctor. I was treated by Dr. Pont recently and he was great - he was really laid back and talked to me like a person instead of just another patient. The copay here was less than it is with my regular doctors, and I was seen faster as well even though it was a Sunday. Dr. Pont was cool, sharp and efficient. I was out of there within 10 minutes and I felt I received the same if not better quality of personalized care I would have received at a typical doctors office. Ill definitely choose this urgent care in the future (hopefully Ill never need to though). Would definitely recommend.

Well, Im an idiot. As a chiropractic physician, aged, with scoliosis and history of spinal trauma from a motor vehicle accident, I stupidly was trying to help my nephew with a shelving unit and just wrecked my back. Im not from this state, so I had no personal doc to call. I was referred to the Med Fast Rockledge site. I could not have been happier with their service. Dr. Pont was a prince with me. He had forty years of doctoring under his belt and hes seen everything. He knew I was in bad shape and he treated me with kindness and respect. Good man. And, Sarah, the nurse there was so charming and friendly. I recommend this place highly. Im feeling much better now. David W Bailey, DC

I had three visits at Medfasts Rockledge Office and had the pleasure of being examined by Dr. Pont twice and physician assistance Renato Roza. The expertise and professionalism of both were extraordinary. They both took their time with me, explained my diagnosis in terms I could understand and made efficient recommendations for my aftercare. The office and nursing staff are very friendly and made me feel very comfortable right from the start. The office is very clean and well appointed. Medical records were easily accessible, and I really felt a sense that the doctors and staff were legitimately concerned with my well-being. I highly recommend this physician group.

We really LOVE Dr. Pont. He has taken such great care of our son since we moved here from WV. The only down fall to this location is he is not here often. I really wish he worked everyday. Our son plays football for VHS. He got knocked unconscious and we rushed him in here. Dr. Pont treated him and us as if we were his family. He has a great bed side manner and always has our sons health as his priority. Our son has issues with trusting Doctors but feels at ease with Dr. Pont. I really would like if they would try to get Dr. Pont scheduled more here at Rockledge. Med Fast is cheaper for Cigna Insurance than going to our PCP also.

I went in today to get something checked out. The place was busy (which I totally understood due to flu season) so I didnt mind waiting. 50 dollars and waiting over an hour and a half later the doctor basically implied that it was a waste of my time coming and that I should "Google" my symptoms. Isnt that why Im paying? So you can help me address my problem?? He barely examined me and didnt focus on my problem. The staff was very friendly but the doctor that was helping out that day didnt seem to care about my problem. But you live and you learn. I Never have good experience at Medfast :(

I was wrongly billed by Medfast, after repeated times calling to speak to a representative to inform them that they sent me a bill 4 months after the initial visit and the bill is incorrect, I could never reach a person and phone messages saying they would return calls never happened. I printed off my insurance claim off the website and it clearly shows they have wrongly billed me, but of course, its on me to make this right. Ill just file a complaint in any way I can, starting here. Incompetent, not customer concerned.

I got fell and hit my head in the garage and was in serious pain. I was amazed how quickly I was treated and the degree of compassion and professionalism was top notch. X-rays were ordered and all appeared clear. I was able to see the same Dr. when my face was showing serious contusions 2 days late, the doctor ordered a STAT CT Scan to make sure there was no skull fracture. I couldnt be more pleased with how great these folks are. Doctor Ramos is great! Sooo much better than the ER!! You guys ROCK!!

Medfast has always been a great fast and easy way to be seen and most of their current staff is great. I have been at the Rockledge branch multiple times and Im very pleased with my experiences there. I do want to state that bedside manners goes along way and I have had a visit there recently were I felt bad for being sick, the "doctor" could use another few months of "how to speak with a paient" course. Dont get me wrong DW Ill be back, just wanted to add my 2 cents.
