If I had the option to rate this office 0 stars, I would. We have been to this location twice. The first time was a learning experience, the second time we just shouldve known better. My husband went in today for hip pain most likely caused by overexertion at his job. It had been bothering him for about a week, but today he couldnt stand, sit, or walk. After waiting patiently for an hour and a half, the doctor came in, examined my husbands hip area for about 30 seconds, and basically said he could do an x-ray but other than that "doesnt know what to tell us, but hes not prescribing narcotics for this." Really? Neither of us had mentioned pain medication, as we do not like to take medication at all. Im not sure what kind of people he has coming in there, but his comment was completely uncalled for and rude. He was very unprofessional, as was the other doctor on our first visit about a year ago, and we definitely would not go back. We will be going to our regular chiropractor tomorrow, who will undoubtedly help him with his pain. Im sick to my stomach that this office got any of my money. The nurses and receptionists deserve praise though because they were very nice. Still would not go back though.

Im not one to complain and this is actually my first time writing a review but I Came in after a car accident the doctor I seen was very rude the moment he walked in the room. He didnt ask me how I was doing or showed any concern whats so ever! Told me he is not going to waste time doing an X-ray which isnt even what I came for. I came try to get an MRI because I was in constant pain in my knee and hand. He didnt even care I was hurting in my hand and just wrote off a MRI for my knee nor did he exam it. I had to waste time and money to come in days later for my hand when it should have been examined the first time. He proceeded to tell me the orthopedic will now be taking over! As if they didnt want me there. I have NEVER experienced any kind of rudeness and lack of care from any doctor ever! Doctors are supposed to help you and make you feel better not worse about the situation He should be ashamed of himself and fired ! I came for help and didnt receive that at all. I will say the rest of the staff was very nice.

terrible! Dr there didnt want to help amd just was only concerned with his own time. staff wasnt available that day to do.ultrasound at a decent price so they were trying to send me everywhere. i said ill come back tomorrow to get it and they said i couldnt for whatever reason... eventually dr said he couldnt do.anything for me and referred me to the er, although it wasnt anything that needed me to go there... i did want the ultrasound so i went, the er repeated all the same tests, without ultrasound and then i received a huge bill, eventhough i wasnt prescribed anything and they did nothing for my condition and it passed on its own. in my opinion, this.place is.just another scam for already high priced medical practices to scam you out of more money, then send u somewhere else so you have to pay even more

I was a visitor in florida and somehow developed a bad infection in my right toe. I went to this facility. The front desk staff was available and took my information immediately. They were very pleasant. I didnt wait more than 15 minutes before they took me back. I only waited about 5-10 minutes before the dr. came in. He was extremely personable, and showed real concern for me. He got a nurse, who was friendly and professional, to treat my foot but took a culture and came in two more times to make sure i understood everything they had done, and what i had to do next. I couldnt have asked for better care. I never felt like they were giving me the bums rush, like many drs. do.

Unfortunately I had to rate a 1 star or else I wouldnt even have done it. My best friend went in there to get something checked out and the doctor was completely disrespectful and rude to her. Dr.s are supposed to help people and not condemn or critize them. Im not quite sure what his last name was but his first name is Gregory. I highly recommend everyone not to see him or just dont go there in general if thats the kind of people they have in there. Just because you have the title of a doctor doesnt make you a better person. Youre just another human being who obviously likes to hurt others feelings. If anybody asks me about medfast then I will be sure to them otherwise.

The business name trys to convey fast medical service, this couldnt be farthest from the truth! I scheduled an online appointment and was informed the wait time is from 1.5 - 2 hours. When I explained I made an appointment, I was told by the receptionist that "she doesnt know why they offer the online appointment service since everyone is treated as a walk in." What!!?? I would have immediately left but I paid my copay. Evidently they always have a very long wait time so please, do yourself a favor and book your appointment elsewhere. The Medfast in Port St John is much quicker and honor appointments.

The staff was very nice. The doctor was terrible. My mother just moved here and this was her first experience with a doctor in Titusville. I was so embarrassed that this doctor is representing Titusville/Parrish. The doctor was rude to my mother for no reason. Prescribed a pain killer that WAS NOT needed, did not x-ray the area that was hurting, made a comment about caucasians having this problem, and sent her home with no results. We will not be back to see the FEMALE doctor there.

It took a little longer than I anticipated, but it was a holiday weekend so I should have expected that. The doctor took the time to explain things to me and went over possible causes of my problem. The entire staff was very courteous, friendly, and professional.They even gave me some tips about places in Titusville since Im new to the area. I hope I dont, but if I need an urgent care clinic in the future Ill definitely use this one!

I was new to this clinic. The paperwork was minimal. I waited 10 minutes. The staff was friendly. The doctor was knowledgable, listened to me, and answered all of my questions. He gave me a sheet of things I could do to help get better, a note for work, and my prescriptions quickly. He hoped I felt better. I really like this clinic. I highly recommend.

The staff, nurses and Dr. Rad were professional, courteous and provided quality care. My daughter was seen almost immediately, even on a Saturday afternoon and the nurse and doctor took the time to answer all my questions. The office is clean and well staffed, I am very pleased with the care received and would recommend this facility to others.

Took my cash and shuffled me out. Had strep. Still have it. Was given Azithromycin after requesting Amoxicillin, and now I have tinnitus that may never go away. Handed an amoxicillin prescription to me when I alerted them to the fact that the Z-pak did nothing except potentially permanently destroy my hearing. Wonderful place.
