My son had an ear infection the Thursday before New Years Eve. My doctors office was closed for the weekend and I was not ready to spend 4 hours waiting in the ER. South Loop Urgent Care Center was a great alternative. Dr. Khan was attentive and had great bed side manner. The staff was very curteous. We called ahead and they were expecting us. We even forgot our insurance card and had the ID number and Policy number called in while we were there. A few days later we followed up to see if there were any issues with insurance; there was not. We highly recommend this facility.

I blew 5 hours at thr Rush ER to walk out after waiting so long...tried here the next day due to good recommendations below and I agree its worth it. We were in and out in 30 minutes with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory that we badly needed from a sever cold/cough sinus then chest infection we picked up on vacation in Florida. University of Chicago trained (med school) and completed his work at probably the best hospital in suburban Detroit. ER certified as mentioned.

Dr. Levites was extremely accomodating and was very helpful. My wife and I called in at 7pm (close) on wednesday evening, explained our symptoms that we could have something worse than just a bad flu, and he said to come on in regardless - keeping his door open to see the both of us well past close. Great find in the South Loop and would highly recommend to everyone for friendly staff, expert treatment, and speedy service.

This is one of the best clinics Ive ever been to. My son was really sick and I didnt want to wait 4 hours in the ER. Dr. Khan was really accommodating and he saw us right away. There were students there and they were really professional. It was a great experience, which is usually rare when seeing a doctor.

Great little urgent care clinic. Both Dr. Kahn and Dr. Levites are amazing, knowledgeable, and caring. They clearly explain any details of your illness and answer any questions you have. You can walk in and get out quick with treatment. They have cozy exam rooms and helpful, professional staff.

Amazing! Quick and thorough service best care I have received and cheap! We will always go back here! Dont waste time with other places that have limited services, I wasted hours on the phone just trying to find a place that would treat head lacerations besides the ER.
