I feel compelled to right this review because becoming a Novera patient finally gave me the results that I have been wanting to see for years! All my life I have struggled with insecurities about my teeth. One of my front teeth grew in discolored. My previous dentist said that he could not be sure why this was, but was assuming it was a type of hypo-decalcification causing it to be a shade of yellow. He put bulky bonding on my tooth to cover it, which only made it look stranger. People would constantly point out my tooth and ask about it. I was very unhappy with its appearance. I asked my dentist MULTIPLE times to get a veneer, but he told me it would be nearly impossible to match one veneer with the rest of my front teeth. He told me he would only be able to do a veneer if I got more than one so that it would blend. As soon as I went to Dr. Nourahmadi at Novera, he told me that we could go ahead and do the individual veneer. His skill and expertise amazed me. My veneer came out the PERFECT shade. He then shaped the rest of my teeth to give them a more feminine and even appearance. I left the office so pleased with my new smile. My friends and family noticed the improvement right away! My mother, a dental hygienist, could not believe that Dr. Nourahmadi was able to accomplish such a difficult procedure with exceptional results, especially after being told by previous dentists that it was "impossible". The Novera office doesnt even feel like a dental office! It is warm, welcoming, and unique. One of my favorite parts of the Novera experience was listening to my favorite Pandora station on the headphones given to me during my procedure. No more having to listen to the cringe-worthy drills! I hope that other dental offices can take notes and see the innovative touches that Novera has incorporated to make the patients experience enjoyable and comfortable. There were TVs in the floor, fun sayings painted on the walls, and even a calming smell to the entire office. I highly recommend this office to dental patients of all ages. Even if you dont have a dental "problem", I would suggest checking the office out. They have great promotions on cleanings/whitenings throughout the year, and their doctors make sure that every patient is 110% satisfied.

I tend not to write reviews very often, but I cant help tell the world about this place. I had xrays, cleaning and 3 wisdom teeth taken out in one session. Before visiting Novera I had gone to 4 other dentists and this place blows them all away. From the moment you walk in till after the visit, the staff at Novera made sure I was comfortable. They have a beautiful waiting area w/ refreshments, a playroom and cable TV. The Xray machine is state of the art and they take precise photos from inside the mouth w/ a unique camera. The doctor reviewed the xrays and went over a treatment plan that was completely reasonable and did not try to sell me anything more than needed (Im glad I came here, otherwise I was told I needed work that I did not). The Doctor and Assistant worked in perfect harmony making sure the entire time I was comfortable. They always checked in to make sure the pressure and pain was tolerable. The chair had a built in massager and I was able to watch TV while they worked on me. I cant imagine an easier, less painful and pleasant experience. At the end of the procedure the doctor explained how to take care of my teeth and I was given a welcome gift. The next day I was able to go work and received a followup phone call to check in on my pain. I had VERY little swelling and pain for 3 wisdom teeth extraction thats pretty unheard of. I highly recommend this place and have already been telling my friends and family about it. Youd regret going anywhere else. Dr. Nourahmadi is one of the best dentists it has been my pleasure to see. He takes the time to explain the procedure, allays your fears and makes the effort to cause as little pain as possible. The professional staff are very knowledgeable in their trade, courteous in their demeanor and will joke around with me and the doctor to keep my mind off of the fact that I am sitting in a chair with my mouth wide open. The young ladies at the front desk are professional and outgoing and make you feel completely at ease. The office is clean and modern in design and is configured for maximum patient comfort. This doctor and staff have gone a long way to alleviate my childhood fears of the dentist.

I found this place by chance when I was at Petco and decided to stop in. I was extremely impressed with the degree of professionalism which was complimented by the staff who were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The space is very bright, clean and aesthetically pleasing. They also seemed to somehow get the best looking people in the dental industry to all work at one fantastic location. My first visit was a cleaning/checkup and it was very fast and painless. I also finally got a kiss from my girlfriend when I came home that night. 5 stars across the board. Look no further.

I called to get some info but they made me to go there. When i got there i got all my info that i was able to get over the phone, so i wasted my time. I told them how much i would pay at different location and that i have insurance, here i would pay 3 times more. Plus i told them over the phone that i have insurance and who is my insurance provider but like i said they made me go there when i got there they said sorry but we are not in your insurance network (i was able to get that info over the phone).

This is a really nice office. Staff is warm and friendly plus the facility is state of the art. Im not a big fan of dental offices but this is one of the nicest ones Ive been to. Dr. Patel and her staff treated me well and with respect. They took their time to answer my questions and made sure I understood my treatment. I am uninsured and they have a Smiles Program for the uninsured that has helped make my treatment affordable. I highly recommend this office!

Best decision I made was switching to Novera Dental from Zizic Dental. Doctor Rivera resolved the flaws from the previous dentist at an incredible price, a small fraction of what the previous dentist had charged (not to mention the mess the previous dentist caused). The doctor is very patient and caring and the staff are fun, cheerful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone and would rank it the best in Chicago without a doubt!

What can I say? When you have a great dentist, you really make sure you stick to them. Dr Nourahmadi has been my dentist since 2009, and even though I no longer reside in the area, whenever Im in town to visit my family, I still get all of my dental needs taken care of by Dr Nourahmadi and staff. As a fellow dental professional, an Orthodontist, teeth are pretty much my life, so Im sure I know what Im talking about when I give him my highest recommendation.
