Absolutely horrible. The first time I went to the office they almost gave me shots for a different patient because they got us confused. The doctor put me on a new pill and she wanted me to check back in a couple months to let her know how it was going, so I called. The receptionist told me I would have to come in (making it sound like a checkup). I went in, was in the office talking to the doctor for MAYBE three minutes, and got charged $90 for it since it was an "in office" visit. They charged that amount to my card before they even sent me a bill (something they said they would never do - charge your card before they notified you). When I called to ask what the charge was for, since I didnt think a follow up would be billed like that, everyone kept telling me they would call me back. It took four different phone calls to finally talk to someone who knew what they were talking about. When she explained the charge, I told her I wanted to put it on a different card, and she informed me that it would be an additional $10 charge just to get the amount reversed. Horrible experience from beginning to end. I will never go back.

I wish there was something good about them! Please dont go here for botox or any other esthethic services. They charge a few dollars cheaper but results are minimal. Marina did botox twice, 2nd time it lasted about 2 months, i adressed this and she said that i didnt get enough units, but at the time she said it was good enough for me, at my age. Of course they wouldnt offer anything to me as their client to fix the problem. I believe that wasnt real botox. Also their laser facial had 0 results. I will not go back there ever!

First of all, I was waiting for the doctor about 30 min with no pants on. Usually, doctors check out from inside and outside, check the organs by pressing on the or so. So, she did not. Literally, it was a conversation when I was speaking about 5-7 minutes. Only that she answered to me is "maybe...." well, really? Just "maybe"? I cam to doctor, no to see my girlfriend!!!!!! I came there with a problems. There were not sold or treated. What should I do next? Another pointless appointment for a 100$????

I had 3 procedures of Laser Skin Resurfacing on my face and neck. The results have overcome my expectations!!!The skin is much tighter now and a lot of small wrinkles disappeared and deeper ones smoothed out. The procedure was a little painful, but it was worth it to go through it. The staff was great. I am planning to do this procedure with them again.

Really nice office. Spotlessly clean, and well-lit.Staff were also sharp and attentive. Checking me in to practically no time at all. I needed some testing done, and the technologist doing the blood draw did a fine job. The doctor was very attentive and contacted me right away with my test results. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I went there for my yearly flu shot, and was surprised by the speed and efficiency in which they got me in & out the door. Ive been to other centers before, but have found their service to be lackluster at best. The general courteous nature and value for my time is what struck me the most. Great job!
