I called their Bolingbrook office Tuesday and I was told appointment available on Friday, I was like ok lets schedule it. During my conversation I told the lady that I am a NEW PATIENT and DOUBLE CHECKED with her that the appointment will be in BOLINGBROOK and she said yes. So when I went to the office on Friday at my scheduled time I was told that the doctor is in RIVERSIDE and my appointment is there. I was completely shocked, to hear that. So I called them again and told them how I verified with the staff TWICE before coming to office in BOLINGBROOK, they completely denied making ANY mistake and acted like as if I should have known the doctors schedule. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, DONT WANT TO ADMIT MISTAKE OR EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO APOLOGIZE FOR MAKING MISTAKE. WHY THE HELL IN THE FIRST PLACE I WOULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN RIVERSIDE WHEN I LIVE IN BOLINGBROOK!
