Not Helpful! I went to Dr. Sobhy with a sore throat and severe sinus congestion and he told me to gargle salt water and take ibuprofen. He then said if in a couple days if I wasnt feeling better to call him and hed call in a script for me. That was Wednesday, by Friday my ear was so congested I could barely hear and I called his office asking for him to call in the script. I called THREE times and never got a call back. So I tried his suggestions over the weekend and it still didnt. Called him again today and was told if I want him to call something in I need to make another appointment. NOPE-Ill be finding a new doctor.

This is the most unprofessional "Doctor" I have ever met. His office was empty no one at reception not a single other patient but yet I had to wait 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged while he sat at his computer. He wanted cash upfront at check in then spent 2 minutes with me and said I cant help you and said I should go back to my other Doctor. When I asked why he would charge me to tell me he couldnt help me he said thats how it works. I said thats BS and then he stood up and threw his clipboard and said have a good day and walked out. You have been warned.

Had a very bad experience with this doctor. This Doctor was disrespectful and only seemed interested in getting more patients. I was unsure of his diagnosis as it was not clear and it seemed like his interpretation of my blood work varied every time I went to his office. Very wishy washy. I needed to get an ingrown nail taken out. He offered to take care of it and cut my toe cut the nail out himself. He failed to put enough anesthesia on my toe. I was in pain for over a week. I will NEVER go back to this doctor again.

Rude, mean, lack of empathy. This is a horrible doctor for children. I do not recommend him at all. I took my baby in his office for a check up and my baby being little obviously he cried. The doctor was VERY unprofessional and looked bothered by his crying so me being a sensitive new mother I started to cry as well and instead of the doctor being kind and understanding he kicks us out! Worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. So if you are looking for a pediatric DONT GO TO DR SOBHY.

Dr. Sobhy is a very nice personable doctor.. I really like him for my son.. However I will be changing drs. Because his staff at the front could care less.. I wait over a hour to be seen when I have a scheduled appointment.. When you call the office the phone just rings and rings.. They never answer.. No voicemail, no on call Dr. Number, just ringing.. Its unfortunate, cause Dr. Sobhy seems like a great doctor, when you can get a hold of him.. But I need someone more reliable for my child..

Dr. Sobhy spent ample of time checking me, asking questions, explaining my situation and answering all my questions in details. He gave me advice like a friend genuinely concerned with my well being short term and long term. I never felt he wanted to rush out to another patient like many doctors do. Highly recommended.

I needed a doctor for my mother (who was from out of state) on New Years Eve. Dr. Sobhy took my mother within 2 hours, sight unseen. He was extremely patient with an agitated senior he had not seen before and took care of the immediate needs. He was awesome and we will schedule with him again.

Dr. Sobhy is very kind and caring. He remembers a lot about his patients, and is highly knowledgeable. He is personable, and easy to talk to. Both my husband and I see him as our primary care physician. We feel that he is an excellent health care provider. He is always smiling.

Asked me if I understood english in a insulting manner (first situation). Stuck a needle in my sons leg with out explaining what it was, and walked out of the room with no word if he was coming back or even a good bye (second situation).

Dr. Sobhy is a great doctor but his office staff is horrible. The girls think they can talk disrespectfully and then if you say something back they threaten to dismiss you from the practice. Hope to see him again if he loses the staff!!

I am lucky to find Dr. Sobhy, he is my doctor for 8 ys. He takes care of all of my family, He is always available, and has a very nice personality, and good bedside manner.
