Dr. Kemp is just plain awful. He has zero communication with his nurses and staff, and doesnt even look at any of their notes before seeing you. He is horrible at diagnosing patients. I actually ended up in the emergency room 2 days after seeing him because he told me my bronchitis and sinus infection were "just a viral thing" that would go away on their own. Then as the follow up to that, he asked me why I went to the emergency room? As if it was my fault he misdiagnosed me. Him and his staff have trouble with even ordinary requests, like prescription refills. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

Dr. Kemp has wonderful communication skills. He is an excellent listener and takes his time to get to know his patients. I have been seeing Dr. Kemp for at least 8 years and my husband also goes to him. We both find him to be an excellent doctor. Jeremy needs to remember that communication is a two way street and when you are pointing fingers there are always three pointing back at you.

My entire family is seen by this practice and we have had very positive experiences with every doctor we have seen. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. The ladies behind the front counter are friendly and efficient. The nurses are all top notch and I love that they remember my children from visit to visit. I highly recommend.
