#DrPethkarSuburbanHealthcareAssociates Doctor Pethkar is a great doctor, and cares about his patients, and his PA Gabe is good. The other PA some new lady is not very good at all. I dont think the Doctor realizes how awful his staff is.They walk around and look like zombies, and could care less, have not expression on their face. Very disorganized. They called me to cancel the appointment and than charged me for a miss appointment. The office staff is made up of young Hispanic girls who seem to not no whats going on. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. The office manager is impossible to talk to and she is the only adult in the office. She is monotone and if you disagree with her she gets very rude and raises her voice. I need medication and the pharmacy showed me proof that they sent them the refills and that they received it and the denied it. So I was with out my medication and had to make numerous calls. I made a mistake of reoffering someone to the doctor, and again said the same thing; they liked the doctor but didnt trust his staff. Like I said the doctor was good, but not good enough to have to deal with mean spirited, poor attitude workers, that could care less about the health of the people. I tried for a while, because of the doctor, but I had a growing concern if I had a serious illness if they would be organized and care enough to help me out. If you do go they have a office in Joliet, its a bit better buy not much. Good luck

Dr.Kher has been my sons pediatrician and I recently changed my doctor and started seeing Dr.Pethkar. They are both great doctors, spend time with their patients. It is very convenient , as they also have same day appt. and walk-ins are welcome.

If you are looking for old fashioned doctors who spend time with you and practice modern medicine this is the place. Dr. Pethkar spends time with his patients.He diagnosed my Rheumatoid Arthritis when I had seen 5 doctors before him.

Ive been trying to schedule an MRI for a week staff has no idea where order was fax to, provided information where to send fax still not done. I dont get why thats hard never seen nothing like this.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Kind and productive environment. Dr. Pethkar is really patient and explains everything he is doing and what is going on. Overall, very happy with my experience!

Awesome doctor, kid had a 105 fever and dr let us schedule an appointment same day and after operating hrs. Very nice and professional doctor, great for kids.
