I went in on a Saturday around 4 pm because I was having problems with one of my eyes. It was really painful for me to keep it open, especially in light. I found out it was an abrasion. The nurse told me to be sure to stay out of light for the next three days and she prescribed me antibiotic drops. As I was leaving, I stopped by the counter to get a doctors note for Monday. The lady at the front desk told me that I would have to wait until Monday to get it. She was well aware that I couldnt drive with only one eye in good condition and I shouldnt have to find a ride back up there Monday to get a doctors note if Ive already been told to stay out of the light, thats not logical. She seemed very inconsiderate. I asked her would they be open Monday at 6:30am so I could come get the note, she said yes. As I was walking out of the door I noticed the hours on the door said otherwise, so I went back in and asked her was she sure theyd be open, she said yes again and told me the phone lines are different and that I would be able to call and speak to her. So Monday morning I called and the only person that was available at 6:30am was an operator. Luckily, my manager was already aware of my eye situation and excused me without the note. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had a lovely experience. Every one greeted me with a smile. There was a little wait but with how kind every one was I did not mind at all. They listened and talked with me about my allergy break out. Next time I need care I will be going back!

Great staff and Dr. Hannah Perez was the best! Took great care and patience with my husband when he needed it! My husband is actually changing his PCP over to her. Will return when needed.
