This review is not about the doctors in the clinic, but what you have to go through to check in. There are times you have to wait at the front door, because you cannot get in due to the line in front of the door waiting to check in. The wait to check in takes long time and is way to crowded. It is not setup to handle the patients of all the doctors in the clinic. The billing department will not give you refund that is due you if you were made to pay upfront out of pocket and also charged your insurance company. Its been 3 months and Im still waiting. The billing department manager will not return my calls. Billing department is fast at taking your money, but very slow at giving back what you are owed or will not give back what you are owed.

Way too crowded. In my opinion there are too many doctors crammed into this one clinic. It makes for a very unpleasant wait. If you arent sick when you go here, you will be by the time you leave. The restrooms do not have a baby changing station and are usually lacking paper towels, soap, or both. The employees here are nice, and the doctors great. But they need a clinic three times the size of this one if they are going to continue practicing together.

Far too many patients for the number of doctors. They make you wait as long as 3 hours and you get a few minutes with a doctor. There is no way you can get adequate care in that time.
