Our first visit went okay. We were told that we needed to come back for sedation in order for them to put two crowns on my sons right molars. So, my wife and I both took off work for an appointment set up at 10am and were told to be there at 9:30. They later call and tell us to show up at 10. Okay, so far so good, we show up on time, and TWO hours later were still waiting to be seen. Finally we go back and the assistant tells us that they schedule one hour appointments, but it takes an hour just for the medicine to kick in. So the dentist comes in and tells us that only one of us can stay. They give my boy the medicine, and he starts to throw up from the taste. The whole time they are standing there yelling at him not to spit it out. They want him to swallow vomit at this point. So its decided he has to come back. The discharge instructions go something like this: sign here and here, tell him not to spit next time, oh, and he cant eat for several hours.....so yeah, my son starts crying because at this point he hasnt eaten in 18 hours and the dentist is saying we have to wait "several" more. Yeah, great place to take kids. Learn to book your time right, and learn how to actually administer medicine correctly instead of blaming it on the kid. At the least pick a different flavor...if it causes you to vomit it cant be that good. Oh, and as were checking out were told this is the second time this has happened that day....

Leap Kids is an amazing place, we have kids aging from 17 to a year old. Not one of them have a problem letting the staff do what they need to when they are there. We have an 11 year old that is terrified of needles and refused for anyone to touch his mouth. We took him to Leap and since the very first visit , he opens his mouth to the staff. Thank you so much Leap for everything you do from my kids to my grandchildren. God bless you all.

I absolutely love Dr. Chuck and his stuff!!! They have been so great with my kids, especially my daughter who has had some issues with her teeth and previous bad experience with another dentist. Both of my kids absolutely love everyone!!! Dr. Chuck and staff all have AMAZING personalities and will help your child have the best experience possible!!!
