The staff here is horrible I have no idea about the Doctor as I have heard great things about her but the nurse here is rude and the receptionist and the scheduler needs better customer service training! I have never been treated so poorly in my life especially on a first visit. Come to find out I am not the only person who has experienced this from this office. They take no accountability when they make a mistake and have no conscience about making a baby suffer from their mistakes. I pray no one else ever has to go through this and that another office opens here in this area.
