We took our son in to her for a skin condition. We had been watching it for a couple weeks and through our own research narrowed it done to a couple likely causes. ( we both are reasonably bright and can compare straightforward rash images and diagnostic descriptions from webMD etc) Both of the likely causes were the type of thing that usually go away after a while but there is medications that helps. My wife took my son in to see Schulz. After being fairly rude to my wife she told us that the treatment we had researched (a special skin cream) was not available and instead prescribed something else. After this we talked to our pediatrician, and good family friend that we dont like to bother unless its truly important. He confirmed that the medication we asked about is indeed available and in fact the medication she prescribed was a very bad idea in this case. Poor attitude and poor Dr. !!!

Dr. Schultz is a brilliant doctor. I could cite several cases over the past 20 years of knowing her that she has corrected a misdiagnosis. She helped save my sons vision by properly diagnosing his condition. There is no doubt about it -- she is brilliant. She can walk in and take a quick look & know what it is. She will biopsy if you want proof. Personally, I am indebted to her for the wonderful care she gave to my mother who suffered from both types of Lupus. She valued "quality of life" and made sure my mother could enjoy! Yes, staff can be rigid, but accept it!

Terrible experience. I went in because I needed a refill for my prescription. The dr was with me for a total of less than 5 minutes and managed to write me a different (and MUCH more expensive) prescription than what I had previously had. Luckily my pharmacist paid more attention to my needs than this doctor. Also every time I call to get things straigtened out there is no one there who has any idea whats going on. Overall impression of the clinic was that patient care is not their top priority and just very unfriendly.

This place is RIDICULOUS Do not bother going here, ever! You will wait over an hour in the waiting room to see the doctor and spend 30 seconds with her while she writes you a prescription. I tried to get a refill for my retin-a gel and the receptionist was very rude on the phone with me and laughed at me. RUDE people, TERRIBLE service. Caryn seems like a good person, but the people who are helping her run the show.. are not. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and advising my friends and family to do so as well.

DONT bother going here. The nurse was cold and short with me, and didnt even bother introducing herself. I came in for a toe nail issue, Dr Schulz glanced at my nail, said there was nothing she could do, and abruptly stood to leave. She didnt even touch it or ask if there was anything else I was there for (I also wanted to talk about a skin issue). What a cold and rude place, I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Caryn Schultz seems to know her stuff. They might not win a popularity contest, but Ive taken 3 of my 7 children there and Im very satisfied. Dr. Schultz has always been kind, even if her office staff is rude.

I havent even made an appointment yet and I already hate the place. A.) No answering machine. Seriously?! Its a medical office. B.) No one answered the phone, so theres essentially NO way to contact this clinic.

Dr. Schultz has always diagnosed my condition in just minutes and treated it successfully. I have always received great care. Contrary to many reviews, I found the Dr. and staff quite friendly.

Exceptional care. Dr. Schulz has always been extremely careful and professional in my years in her care. She will certainly be missed
