Before finding Dr Jonathan Jackson of Grove Creek Dental in Pleasant Grove I had been dentist shopping for several years (the dentist I went to from childhood until I got married was wonderful, he just didnt take my new insurance. I had loved this dentist and he had set the bar pretty high on what I expected in a dentist). Luckily, after many unhappy dentist visits elsewhere, I happened to find Dr Jackson and the quest for the "perfect” dentist was over! I have been going to Dr Jackson for 5 years now and will NOT be going anywhere else! Dr Jackson’s work is superb and he is so careful and gentle while doing it. He is so nice, friendly, fun, and easy-going. Also everyone in the office and the hygienists and dental assistants are so welcoming, kind, and professional. It’s nice to walk in to your appointment and be welcomed by name (even though it’s usually only twice a year!) Thank you Dr Jackson for being a fabulous dentist I would recommend you to anyone I know.

I have nothing but good things to say about Grove Creek Dental. First of all they have the friendliest staff. Missy goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed into the office. The hygienist are extremely helpful, and the assistants are just fantastic. The office is always clean, and kid friendly. My entire family goes here. I have been to many dentists in my life, but I have to admit this is has been my favorite. Dr. Jackson is honest, and is not one of those dentists that suggest you get all sorts of work done that really is not necessary. He tells you like it is. Ive had to have some work done on my teeth, he made me feel comfortable while I was being worked on. The office is kid friendly, and mom friendly. I see myself coming to Grove Creek Dental time and time again. I would highly recommend this dentist office, and have actually recommended some friends and neighbors here.

It has been a long long time since I went to the dentist. This was a great experience for me. I especially love these things: -The facilities were nice, modern, clean -The staff was incredibly personable. They were knowledgeable about insurance policies and they answered questions and included me on my own insurance issue. -They also walked through what they were doing to my teeth, step by step with me. They told me what they were doing and why the were doing it and why it was important. -You could tell they cared about what they were doing and they werent just trying to rush me through even though I was the last appointment of the day. Perhaps the best thing about this particular dentist is how tech savvy they are. They link your appointments directly to your Google calendar and can help you stay on top of your schedule. Great service. Great job guys!

Ive spent quite a few years looking for a good dentist for myself and for my kids. I have finally found it here! Dr, Jackson and his staff are amazing they are so good to explain everything to my kids that hadnt been before and were a little worried. My kids love going to the dentist now. I was first referred here by a friend who needed some expensive work done and she said they were really good at working with bad insurance/no insurance and they dont over charge. I took my son to a pediatric dentist that recommended putting him out to pull a couple baby teeth that were problematic the estimate he gave me was over $1000.00. Dr Jackson explained that with little kids its unnecessary to go to such measures and he was able to take care of everything for MUCH less and my son still loves going to the dentist!

Great day at the dentist. Super friendly and very quick. Showed up a half hour early and they got me right in and taken care of! Also the only dental place that actually sends you a remind a few days before your appointment on FACEBOOK!!! Love it. I dread coming to the dentist, but here I enjoy coming in and having such a friendly staff! Been coming here for just about a year now and same great experience every time!! 5 stars only because Im limited to that. Otherwise it would be 10**********stars. Oh and big plus that you can watch a movie and/or listen to your music. :) definitely recommended if ever needing any work done or just a cleaning. Worst part of the whole visit is leaving! Get every tooth shining, ready for the picture booth! Not lying! There is no denying! Great finding!!!

My 3 year old son had an appointment today for multiple fillings (must be my fault since a 3 year old cant be held accountable for his teeth) and the experience was great, which is not something you usually say about going to the dentist. The assistant was fantastic with my boy and very attentive to be sure he was comfortable and not scared. Dr. Jackson took the time to explain to him (remember, a 3 year old) all about what was going to happen. I was very impressed with how much respect they showed my son as well as with the efficiency of the work. Thanks! Heres hoping my appointment is just as pleasant!

I really like the fact that I am not going to forget my appointment or my childrens. I get a phone call and text messages as reminders! Thanks! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I could not figure out some insurance questions and they called and got it all figured out for me. I have really enjoyed working with Dr. Jackson, he is very calm and approaches all situations, especially with my children very well. And of course the kids love watching videos while having their teeth looked at. Great office, great people! Thanks again!

After having several bad experiences with some dentists I was happy to find Dr. Jackson. He is very kind and friendly. Ive always been a little anxious at the dentist office but everyone makes me feel at home and Im much more relaxed. The staff is always so happy and friendly. I told the receptionist one time that I was throwing my niece a "Frozen" birthday party but couldnt find anything for it and she let me have a few "Frozen" stickers on my way out. I love this office and recommend them to everyone I know!

Grove Creek Dental has the best staff ever! They are so caring and attentive. They kept asking if I was ok and comfortable and made me feel very relaxed during my cleaning. Going to the dentist is never fun but Dr. Jackson and his staff are awesome!! Meilyn and Kim did an amazing job on my daughter and I. The office manager Chelsea is pretty amazing too! She is very efficient and makes everything go fast and smoothly. I highly recommend this dental office!!

I love Grove Creek! The staff greet me by name every time I come in and they remember things about me (family members, my occupation, etc...) which is nice since Im a relatively new patient. I used to go to Stonehaven and they were terrible!!! Their billing and their fillings had to be fixed by Dr. Jackson because the teeth were improperly repaired. Dr. Jacksons work is top-notch and the office staff are kind, personable, and honest.

Dr. Jackson is the best! My 5 year old loves the dentist! The staff took time to show some of the tools they were going to use in very kid terms, which made my guy feel secure. Even when he got his tooth pulled out. No tears at all. There billing is straight forward and understand that money is a factor, they worked with me in prioritizing what could wait so i was not hit with one huge amount. Wont be going anywhere else!
