I would like to thank your wonderful veterinarians and staff for all the care given to T.J. I would especially like to thank Dr. Kavanagh & Mary Anne who were so kind and gave so much needed information about T.J. It was your skill and remarkable resources that allowed my mom and I to keep him during the last chapter of his life. Your outpouring of sympathy has been a great comfort. I want to express my deep gratitude to you and your staff for the immeasurable support we received when my loved one passed away. Your staff allowed my mom and I to end a life that was deeply important to us and in a way that reflected our familys love. Thank you so much for all your care and compassion. He lived a long and happy life with the help of you and your wonderful staff. I will always remember how you took care of our animals, and we will always be grateful for all that you have done to help us.

For 29 years Dr. K and Mary Anne have cared for our feline family (5 cats over that time) through all the ups and downs that a cat life can bring, and we continue to appreciate and trust their care and support. The facility is clean and up-to-date, the staff are kind and knowledgeable and we consider ourselves lucky to have found a dependable place to bring our pets when they need any medical attention. A little over a year ago our 16 year old cat became extremely ill and we had to go out of town for a seriously ill parent. Dr. K and Mary Anne cared for our dear cat night & day for several days, were in touch via phone frequently and pulled her through what seemed like an impossible crisis. This cat is a joy to us every day now and she is a happy, lazy lap cat we cherish. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone who wants high quality care for their pet.

After 12+ years at another practice, my two babies are now in the expert care of Dr. Kavanagh (and his staff). I was referred to Dr. K by a good friend and I wish I had found him sooner! His thorough knowledge as well as the hospital facility are top notch in every aspect; Marianne makes sure that every appointment is confirmed and when specific instructions are required, conveys information to make sure that everything runs smoothly. We have had a few procedures and every time, the follow up was above and beyond anything I have experienced. I wish I could find a personal physician with this level of compassion! On another note, both of my babies are eager to enter the office, which is a very good sign that they are loved and well cared for at Kavanagh Animal Hospital! Thank you for all that you do for Gaby and Cedric!

Finding a vet we trust to deliver the care we needed, for our two beloved Golden Retrievers, was paramount on our move to New Jersey. We have found that vet in Dr. Frank Kavanagh at the Kavanagh Animal Hospital. Through Dr. K weve gained timely, professional advice on how best to care for our dogs in their new environment in a no fuss, yet caring manner. Clearly, your pet comes first at this practice. Dr. Kavanagh, Practice Manager Mary Anne, and the staff at Kavanagh Animal Hospital are great to deal with. All questions are answered. Dr. K always takes the necessary time to discuss your concerns, fully explains any health issues, and treatment, if required. We cant recommend Dr. Kavanaghs practice highly enough. 5 reviews 5.0 star rating Dr. Kavanaugh and his wife Mary Anne run an amazing veterinary practice. You could not ask for a more caring office for your beloved pets. We have been going to the Kavanaughs for more than 15 years. Dr. K is an excellent surgeon! Our first dog needed to have one of his toes amputated and Dr. K. did an exemplary job. Our current dog needed to have her anal sacs removed and I was hesitant because Id heard about dogs having incontinence issues after such a surgery. Dr. K. explained that many vets cut through the muscle rather than dissecting through the muscle, which is why some dogs have problems. He performed the surgery and our dog never had any problems. The Kavanaughs truly care about your pets and go above and beyond to give you and your pets the very best care!

My family has used Dr. K and Mary Anne for several years. They have early morning and Saturday hours so they make it very convenient to juggle work and care for our pets. The office and exam rooms are impeccably clean. Their prices are reasonable and Mary Anne files my pet insurance paperwork so it is one less thing I have to do. When we lost our beloved Golden Retriever, they were compassionate and reassuring. They are patient and kind to our Pit-lab, who is always very excited and a little hard to handle. Now that we are contemplating another addition to our family, Dr. K was happy to answer my questions and concerns about breeds of dogs and compatibility with our existing pets. I trust Dr. K and Mary Anne and I know my pets are getting quality care.

Dr. Kavanagh has cared for all of our dogs over 26 years. He and Maryanne and the rest of the staff are the most caring, wonderful people. Dr. Kavanaghs care for our dogs has been outstanding. This past few days we needed emergency care for our sweet Charlie. Dr. K not only was throrough, careful, and saved Charlie from a much bigger problem. If you are seeking a vet - I would recommend Dr. Kavanagh without hesitation. You can trust your loved pet with him and his staff completely. I would never use anyone else.

I have taken my Chihuahua, Maxine here since we first got her over 15 years ago. Dr. K gave us invaluable advice, guidance and care over these years. He is an experienced and respected vet who carefully explains everything. Mary Ann, the office manager and vet tech always follows up and is quick to respond to calls and questions. I have 100% confidence in them. The facility is state of the art and immaculately maintained. I highly recommend this veterinarian provider.

I just recently found this place and I felt very at ease reading all of the reviews on here. Since my daughter is in the military I recently got her dog who was a rescue in Hawaii. It was a bit of a transition and we were searching for a vet to care for her so we brought her to Dr. Kavanaugh for a check up. We really like both Dr. Kavanaugh, his tech and Mary Ann. Everyone is very nice and helpful and I know my dog is good hand with them.

Dr. K, Mary Ann and the technicians are wonderful, courteous and professional. Our animals love them and feel comfortable in their facility. They schedule appointments so that there are never other animals in the waiting area at the same time. On a personal level, they did everything in their help me when I lost my job and could not afford the type of care that I want for my animals. They are the best!!!!
