I recently came to The Dental Touch as an emergency, the receptionist was really helpful even though I was a new patient, I was seen right away. They took my X-ray quickly once I was in the exam room, a patient care coordinator came in and was really understanding and the doctor got to me right away and I got my treatment by Dr. Hui Jue "Jenny" Wu. It Was a quick and painless extraction. I am pain free thanks to Dr. Hui Jue "Jenny" Wu D.M.D. In my opinion, She is a excellent Doctor and her staff were so professional and nice. It was truly a pleasant and unique experience. I think they knew how nervous I was and even though I tried to hide it from them. They answered all my questions and explained all my options and put me to ease and made me feel comfortable. They definitely made a believer out of me, and will go to them for all my dental needs. I would high recommend them to anyone needing dental care. Thank you Dental Touch...

Always a pleasure seeing Dr Pratt; he is very understanding of my problems and my fears; but his receptionist was a bit harsh and "matter-of-a-fact" attitude. She had no patience and I found her to be a bit rude; even when I first arrived a few minutes late because my usual route was blocked, detoured and I got lost. I had called them for directions and I think it was her in which I had spoken. Ive been going to the Dental Touch for many years and there has been different receptionists, but they were usually pleasant and with a smile. The first person your clients make contact with in your business can make or break your business.

My wife calld the number after hours and the dentist himself ancered. Made an appointment first thing in the morning. I got there and in anout ten minutes thay had me in the room getting my x rays and prepped for work. I had to gwt a tooth pulled and dr. Pratt was very patient and helpful talking to me about everything. And so were the assistances. Thay filld my scripts on the spot. And have answered all of my questions since then Ive called them 3 times. And dr. Pratt just called me to check on how things are going. Ive never had a doctor do that before so I highly recommend this place for anyone.

I am from out of state and started having dental pain. I called the doctor on Saturday and spoke to him personally. I was able to see him on the next business day. They accommodated me as my work schedule is hectic. I was in and out of the office within one hour. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and professional. The place is clean and organized. And having an in-house pharmacy is a bonus. I would highly recommend this place.

I have had a range of treatments including crowns and implants. The Dental Touch has always addressed costs when asked. I do not choose medical services solely by price, but The Dental Touch is not out of line with other dental practices in the area for routine services. I moved out of state for two years and my dentist in that states prices were on par The Dental Touch even though the cost of living in that state was 20% less than the Bay Area.

The location, the cleanliness, the super friendly staff who make your arrangements with compassion. The dental hygienist is so confident and seems to be able to anticipate and instantly adjust for any possible pain creating maximum comfort. Dr. Prat has created a warm environment that is usually terrifying for me. Not here at all! Go get your teeth done!

Great dental office.. Dr. Prat explains everything really well.. Love that they show you what your insurance covers and what they dont before the do procedures. Also love the finance options if you cannot afford the total out of pocket cost all at once.

Went in for a simple extraction cost me $500+ took unnessasary xray and kept pushing for me to get 3-6 grand worth of work dont go here without insurance youll get screwed
