Ive been bringing my pets (cats and dogs) to AMC for 15 years. Dr. Martin has developed into an extraordinary vet, and most of the staff are caring, empathetic, and helpful. Ive had some issues when it came to pet care - mistakes that were made that led to one of my cats suffering for months, some personality clashes with some of the doctors that come through the office, but overall this is one of the better vet practices Ive been to. When Ive expressed my concerns, they have been quick to try and address them. Theyve started pushing for some of the more expensive and newer techniques (e.g. using additional machines during surgery to ensure pets are monitored, pushing for sonograms instead of x-rays, etc.) but will still allow clients to opt for the cheaper alternatives.

I can honestly say that I am one of the biggest dog lovers the world has ever known. I have O.D.D. (Obsessive Dog Disorder). Dr Martin & his associates are the kindest, most knowledgeable, and compassionate Veterinary staff in the area!!! They are very knowledgeable about the most current advances in pet care health and are constantly striving to be even better! I was told by a former Vet to take my dog home and just love him. I took him to Dr. Martin and he was able to help prolong his life with good quality for an additional 5 months. They are not the cheapest place around but I learned that you get what you pay for. I want the BEST for my babies and THAT is Dr. Martin. Well worth every single penny.

Ive been taking my pup here since he was little. (4 years now) and we just recently got a kitten that has been going here as well. We started off with Dr.hanhart who was amazing and when our pup needed knee surgery we started dealing with Dr.martin. shortly after, Dr.hanhart left the practice and weve been with Dr.martin since. Hes done surgery on both of our fur babies now. Hes very informative and calm with all my questions and concerns. The staff is amazing as well. They know just how to handle my pup and his hyper personality. I believe you get what you pay for and my animals will never go anywhere else. Because Ive developed such a strong love and trust for this place. Highly recommend them!

The family and I have 2 Shih-Tzus and one cat and the two Doctors and many assistants go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, from talking to you in lay-mans terms to letting your kids listen to their pets heartbeats, they are extremely knowledgeble (spelling is bad sorry...lol) and actually have a great relationship with all their patients. This may sound weird because they are animals, but the Dr.s remember the pets and their personalities and we are so pleased with them that we would highly recommend them to everyone in the miami valley area.

Great Practice! I had several recommendations for this practice from friends and neighbors when I got my new puppy and couldnt be happier. The staff is very friendly and made us feel right at home. The fees are very reasonable. Dr. Martin is very knowledgeable, but explains things in terms you can understand. He also takes the time to answer all your questions. I didnt feel rushed at all. Have just had to go for routine things so far, but am really pleased.

This has been our location for pets for decades. Renovations are beautiful. Joy and tears have been shared here with many staff. Used another place scared of our border collie(?how,why?). Never again at any other vet. Most caring staff, very clean which is an accomplishment with animals.

We first brought our cat here when her paw was uncontrollably twitching. They treated her amazingly and reasonably. Now I bring our new puppy here, and am blown away by the quality of care. They clearly love animals here and help owners keep their pets in good shape. Really recommend.

We live out of state now. Our pets had excellent care for more than 10 years here. Death as well as life were treated with compassion and empathy. The doc called me even when he was on vacation when our dog was in crisis. We will never forget our friendships from this practice.

They are afraid of pit bulls and will charge you out the ear for them because they are afraid to touch them no matter how docile they are. I paid over $400 for tests when my dog had a simple ear infection....thank you, Dr. Kristen! I would make a better vet than you!
