If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to get my records so I can go to a real dentist. They told me the xray machine was broken even though I saw people being xrayed. Told me they would call me the next day. I had to call them back a week later. Still said the machine was broken. I hung up and called back pretending to be a new client who needed xray and was told I could have them that day. When they did my root canal, they chipped the tooth next to it and now I have to pay more money to fix their mistake. Very bad customer service. The receptionist didnt even acknowledge me for over 5 minutes when I walked in.

Efficient and friendly staff. Prices are a bit high but the service is exceptional. During my most recent visit a very irrate patient was going off on one of the dentists, who came to the reception desk to speak with her after having a very confrontational conversation with one of the receptionists. He handled the situation as calmly and professionally as possible, offering explanations and solutions for her concerns. She wasnt having any of it and stormed off mid-conversation. I was pretty impressed, because if she was talking to me like that, I wouldnt have been able to remain as composed as this staff.

I am new to Aspen dental and was just amazed by the team in enfield. I has real issues with going to the dentist and was treated with a extreme amount of compassion and care. Everyone works together so well and I needed to let you know how great they were. Amanda, katrina, Stacy,Sarah & Crystal are great. My doctor Dr. Luu is very caring person. But Rudi really was great. He was not sure if my impressions were just they way he wanted and took the time do do a set himself. Rudy is a true professional. Thank you guys!!!

Both my husband and myself went to Aspen dental after 5+ of not being to a dentist. We had a great experience with everyone in the office. They were great and made us very comfortable. They explaned everything and were very professional. Katrina, the Asst. Office Manager was great at explaining everything from billing to procedures and schedualing our appointments. Dr. Luu, and dental assistants, Nelly and Zhanna were very professional and made us very comfortable. A great experience all around.

My first time at Aspen Dental in Enfield has been such a wonderful experience. If anyone knows me, they know I HATE going to the dentist, but the staff and Dr. Luu changed that. The staff was very friendly and caring which made me feel a little more at ease. The dentist was very professional and gentle and explained to me step by step on what was going on. This was the best experience Ive ever had at a dental office and I would recommend anyone to go here for their dental care.

I was upset with the care protocol as they insisted I have a time consuming periodontal exam. I explained I didnt have the time (I was on a lunch break from work) and that I floss daily, and my gums never bleed, but the insisted I couldnt get a cleaning without having a periodontal exam. Last I knew as a consumer and a patient, I am able to refuse any treatment I do not want. I recommend Aspen only to those that dont need a provider that listens and empathizes.

The staff at the Enfield location always go above and beyond! Katie, Marissa and Ashley are knowledgeable and can always answer any questions I have as well as making my appointment that fit my busy schedule. Dr. Aaron is amazing, and took his time with my exam, and addressed my concerns plus some in a very professional manner. Sarah, the hygienist always takes her time, and I always feel much better after my cleaning. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Enfield.

I had a very pleasant experience with my check up and cleanning at Aspen Dental in enfield ct. on 5/4/17 I met my new hygienest Jackie who was very pleasant and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my visit. I look forward to seeing her again. This place is excellent!! Ive been here a few times and each time is a wonderful experience. I usually never write reviews but this place deserves one. The people in front (Amanda, Stacey, and Charlene) are so friendly yet professional, the hygienist (Sarah) is amazing at her work, the doctor is marvelous! They explain every step so you never have to guess what theyre doing. hope this helps to reassure you that theyre wonderful here.

Horrible Experience. I booked an appointment and asked for a basic teeth cleaning and was denied, even though my insurance was paying for the appointment. This company is a complete sham and waste of time.....they only want to supply you with the care that they want you to pay for. Waste of time and I am going to report them to the better business bureau for horrible service. Awful customer service.

I had a horrible experience at Aspen dental. The office Managers only concern was the over charge of over $1000 to extract a couple of teeth. She didnt demonstrate any empathy at all for the pain I had and the main reason I went to see Aspen. Aspen is more concerned about over charging customers. By the way; I was taken care of by another Dentist, had a better experience and for a lot less $

I practically LIVE in the dentist office: Since I was young I have had anything and everything wrong with my teeth. I have been through my ENORMOUS fair share of dentists...Aspen Dental (Dr. Luu specifically) is now in my TOP TWO favorite dentists! She was very gentle, polite, and considerate. The ENTIRE staff is VERY professional, courteous, and full of SMILES!!! :D

But not only did they fix those but they went above and beyond to make my top and bottom dentures fit and feel so wonderful.I would like to thank RJ and Jai(lab tech) for the great experience at your office.

My first visit was good. I thought they were very informative, I didnt wait long and they were very pleasant. If I had to change anything it would be for Aspen Dental to put a door in their xray room I didnt feel comfortable with no door. Other than that, the first time experience was good.
