I have been a patient at this office since 2011. I loved them so much I brought my family husband and 2 children to them as well. Since then the staff has changed a few times. The newest dentist and staff is terrible. Staff does not keep supplies stocked like goodie bags for kids after checkups, Listerine to rinse with, tooth brushes or floss. Nor do they follow up on appointments and referrals. The dentist is very evasive and rude. She lacks knowledge of her trade and because of that she is not willing to answer questions and concerns you may have prior to procedures. This is not someone I can trust to do oral surgery. Trust is everything between patient and provider this office is not trustworthy. Sadly after being a patient for 5+ years. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

If youre looking for outstanding customer service, and "gentle" experience, this is your place. I am afraid of the dentist, but have been going here for 3 years. State of the art equipment, awesome staff/dentist and excellent service all the way around. Family friendly and the nicest decorated waiting room to boot. I get great service and educated about my teeth. 5 stars are well-deserved.

This dental office dont care about people all they want is your money. They did an unnecessary xray on me, since as I was in pain, had a big hole in my tooth and pregnant. All the dentist had to do was tell me that nerves were invovled and do a referral. But no she had to do an xray to secure payment and sent me home with nothing for the pain leaving me to wait 2 weeks out for a referral.

I try to make appointments for me and my 3 children I have Cigna and husky I dint have my insurance hadding to give over the phone I was at work the lady dint what to buck the apt and she was rudely over the phone I told her lets make the apt and she refused to I said when I get there I will provide my insurance card extra I just to make that apt its amazing how she handle her phone call

First of all the girls in the front office are not only the friendliest but also very helpful and informative. The dentists make your children feel like they are right at home. I would highly recommend this office to any one looking for a dentist that is friendly helpful and very clean.

I hated going to the dentist until I came to iSmile. Ive had some work done and still need more done and for the first time in my adult life I no longer hate it.The staff is great, very friendly and welcoming when you walk in. .
