Everyone is nice but I was told nothing was wrong with me because the dental assistant seemed irritated to take my x-rays and I hadnt been in 8 months. I know its difficult to pay attention to so many patients but I have learned through experience and other dentists that your mouth health is very important and to feel like youre burdening the people whoms hands you are putting your health in is discouraging. Patience and paying attention is key. There is some rudeness with the new staff. Pretty much everyone is a sweetheart except for Keisha she is so rude words cannot express. Overall I didnt like the neglect on the male dental assistants behalf. He told the dentist I got a cleaning when I did not and didnt even ask me which was unfortunate. I love Tiffany and the receptionist with the cute accent who has been there the longest she is so sweet! I also love the chick with the glasses we hit it off well. He was very kind too which was refreshing but idk what happened. I feel like they work really hard here but they get a little neglectful and it sucks for the people that dont have the luxury at the time to neglect the health of their mouth. I do love the dentist shes a sweetheart

I have been to Dr. Dental in West Hartford a few times now for cleanings and fillings. The care is excellent and the dentist describes everything to you thats shes doing. She is very kind and the staff is very welcoming as you walk in. If the space they had was larger Id give them five stars. I couldnt imagine a larger family bringing children here. Its a smaller dental office in a plaza perfect for single people or parents with maybe 1 child. That said they do seem to try and accommodate for children as the have a miniature playground in the corner of the lobby. Again the space is small and the staff is small (always the same three - four people) but the professionalism is great and the hospitality.

My appt was the 26th of June17. I called the office around 12:40 on the 20th of the month and told them about an oral issue I had that was painful and worrisome six days before my actual appointment. The office accommodated me in a little more than an hour. Then the good receptionist, x ray tech and dentist took good care of me. They reassured me that I was in better dental shape than I thought. The practice is multi-cultural and welcoming. I hope my daughter and I can stay with them for years to come. And, yes of course, Id recommend them. Hablan español también.

I just got back from my first trip to Doctor Dental and I am so so impressed. I have not been to the dentist is almost 10 years and was convinced I was in for a horrible experience. I was so wrong. Dr. Forum and her team were so nice and caring. I actually found myself laughing during the visit. Dr. Forum was so so so gentle during my cleaning and took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. My wait time was almost non existent. Super happy with my visit!

I had a dental emergency and spoke to the office manager. Caitlin was great! She was able to get me into the West Hartford office the very same day! The office staff were all very friendly and professional. In fact, I was actually greeted by Caitlin who I spoke to on the phone and she answered any questions I had. The dentist helped me with my problem and addressed all my concerns. This is the first time Ive used Dr. Dental, but it wont the last. Great experience.

Excellent all around. I went as a first time patient and was pleasantly impressed by the friendly staff, small but super clean office and facility with modern equipment. Dr. Forum was very informative and kind; so, very comfortable and a good experience all around. I will definitely be going back as a regular patient for routine checkups. I highly recommend this dental office for everyone.

I actually had a great first visit. I have private insurance and they are great with providing a breakdown of what my patient portion would be. The dentist was very professional and friendly. She was also great at explaining my options regarding procedures I needed done. They were also very punctual. Barely had to wait. I will definitely recommend this office!

I would highly recommend this Dentist to all my friends and family. Dr. Forum and her assistant Bruno helped me get through my procedure and made me as comfortable as possible. They also have a great staff especially receptionist named Keishla who is very helpful everytime I call the office for appointments. Great Team and Service!

The first day i came here to Dr.Dental it was alright they treat me nice specially Roxanna she treat me very nice i think that she is good and has no problem with her job. Also the Doctor is helping to keep my teeth clean so thanks to him my teeth are getting better every time i come to Dr. Dental.
