Unfortunately I will never be returning to this practice again. They are totally dysfunctional, and run a disorganized practice. My appointment that I made 6 months ago for a routine dental cleaning was cancelled without notification to me. I had the card since January, with the exact date written on it by the office scheduler, "EVEY", stated August 1, 2017 at 4:00PM. So I requested to get off early that day from work to get there on time. When I didnt receive the confirmation of appointment, text notice or phone call, I called the office who informed me my appointment had been changed to August 8 at 4:00pm. When I explained I had already asked for time off from work they said WELL YOU CAN COME IN ON AUGUST 1 BUT THERE WILL BE NO HYGiENIST HERE TO CLEAN YOUR TEETH" I asked why they would change my appointment without notifying me, they had no answer. The kicker is this is the SECOND TIME THEY DID THIS TO ME. I had an appointment the prior Sept and when I never heard from them to confirm it, I called and was informed I had no appointment. I have the appointment cards to prove both appointments. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU RUN FAST TO ANOTHER DENTAL PRACTICE, AS THIS ONE IS HIGHLY DISORGANIZED AND NOW THEY DONT TAKE DENTAL INSURANCE TO BOOT!!!

I cant recommend Dr. Crosswell and her able staff highly enough. A week and a half ago, I went in for a procedure (terrified as always because of past experiences at other dental offices). They immediately reminded me why I go to them -- theyre not scary at all. Later that morning, I had to think about what Id done earlier because there was no soreness where the painkiller was injected, I wasnt grinding my teeth because they were perfectly aligned, and my heart wasnt pounding with leftover anxiety. I am a wimp when it comes to the dentist. At Arborview, I always leave wondering why I still say that about myself :-).

Had a great time here!! The dentist filled a cavity for me and fixed stains on my front teeth too! Finally I have a beautiful, white smile. Michele made room for me right after to squeeze a cleaning in before I was back up to college.
