Although it has been a few years since visiting Dr. Mukund at Green Meadow Dental, I feel I should update my review. I moved to CT several years ago and at that time I was searching for a dental office with convenient hours and I found Green Meadow Dental. I had recently had a cavity filled by a previous dentist. Dr. Mukund claimed to find a cavity in the exact spot where I had just received a filling. When I informed her that my previous dentist had already taken care of it, she heavily implied that my previous dentist did not completely remove the cavity. She then suggested that I allow her to remove the filling, drill the cavity, and implant a new filling - all of which would have cost a fortune! I spoke to my previous dentist to get a second opinion. Needless to say both dentists claimed that the other dentist was mistaken and that the other office was refusing to reply to phone calls and emails. After receiving a very mixed message I was finally frustrated enough to post a negative review for Dr. Mukund. I shortly got a third opinion on the X-Rays of the supposed cavity. It was confirmed that the shadow seen in the X-Ray was NOT a cavity. I was very disappointed at the lack of honesty and integrity I experienced with Dr. Mukund and her staff. Throughout the whole experience she was very evasive and refused to provide an accurate summary of her diagnosis. I really wish I could find a silver lining in the way I was treated by Dr. Mukund but she adamantly refuses to admit that she had made a mistake to this day. On top of everything else, please note that I presented my new dentist the X-Rays from Dr. Mukunds office and also had more X-rays done at that time. This is now the 4th dentist that has concluded that there was and is no evidence of a cavity....

I recently visited the Green Meadow Dental clinic on my friend’s recommendation. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the visit. The Green Meadow Dental is a brand new clinic with great ambiance, state of the art equipment, friendly staff and a brilliant doctor. The check-in process was really smooth and quick. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Ranjitha Mukund was wonderful during the visit. She quickly made me comfortable. She listened to my problems patiently and had a look at my condition. Dr.Mukund then explained the entire process in depth and answered all my questions. I was also explained in detail about the treatment plan and insurance details which helped me immensely. I was deeply satisfied with the care and attention I received during my visit. I recommend everyone to visit the Green Meadow Dental clinic. Thanks Dr. Ranjitha Mukund and staff for the exceptional service and care provided.

I would not recommend Dr. Mukund, because I called the office because I was in a lot of pain in my tooth and when called I did explain my situation. I came to the office on the day and time of my appontment. I was sitted in the chair, the very nice assistant took x-rays of my teeth and after that st. Mukund came and started looking at the tooth opposite from the problem tooth. After a little while I told her that the problem is on the other side of my mouth. She told me she knows and started cleaning my teeth. I asked her why she is cleaning my teeth instead of work8ng of the painful tooth, she told me that its because I called for cleaning which is not true. I called the office only because I had problem and because the tooth was hurting. Now I have to wait for another appointment to fix the hurting tooth, which is very uncomfortable. I was very upset and felt being lied to.

I am so glad that I chose Dr. Mukund. She was excellent! She took a lot time to explain and educating me about following all the required treatment. Her staff does everything they can to make sure that you are comfortable and your visit is a pleasurable one. Her office is beautifully decorated and the exam rooms are comfortable and filled with all new state of the art equipment. Most important of all Dr. Mukund was very knowledgeable, caring, thorough and gentle. No matter what condition your teeth are in, she only wants to help you achieve the best dental health possible. Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist, but Dr. Mukund and her staff make sure that your visit is as stress free, comfortable, and pleasurable as possible. I would recommend Dr. Mukund to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and caring dentist to take the best care of their dental health.

A Brand new clinic, friendly and supportive staff, state of the art equipment, a tolerant, well-informed and gentle doctor and a wonderful customer experience; I found all these in a single place when I visited Green Meadow Dental last week. My friend referred me to this clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind of treatment I got during my visit. Dr. Ranjitha Mukund was brilliant. She was caring, patient, gentle and friendly. She observed my situation and patiently explained the whole process throughout. I was really happy to get that kind of attention and care. I was explained in detail about the treatment plan and the insurance coverage as well. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and I deeply recommend everyone to visit this place. Visiting Green Meadow Dental for the first time was great! I usually tend to be a bit nervous going to any kind of doctors appointment however the staff both at the front desk and in the back were very friendly and reassuring. The dental assistant kept me well informed throughout my procedure which I liked as it made me a little less nervous. There was a little wait between seeing the dental assistant and the doctor but this was not a problem as I was always made aware of what was going on and how much longer the wait would have been instead of being left alone to wonder what was happening. I was offered coffee or a beverage of my choice while I waited which was also nice and isnt something that you see too often in other offices. Overall I would recommend GMD to any friend or family member looking for a great friendly dental office.

I visited the Green Meadow Dental recently. I must say,that i had a wonderful experience during my visit. The ambiance was very good.The staff was very welcoming and supportive. It has got state of art equipment and great environment which made more comfortable. Dr. Ranjitha Mukund was really helpful, patient and brilliant. She listened to my problem patiently and explained me the entire process thoroughly the entire time. The care i got during my visit was incredible and it made me really happy. I was at Starbucks when I found Green Meadow Dental. I hadnt been to a dentist for a while and decided to give Green Meadow Dental a shot. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Although I was a walk in, I was accommodated right away. The practice looked beautiful and well done. Dr. Mukund is an exceptional dentist and went out of the way to address all my needs and concerns. She was extremely helpful in educating me in prioritising the work to be done and the next steps. The staff and Dr. Mukund ensured that the whole experience was pleasant and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dentist in Newington, Berlin and Hartford CT area.
