I have never written a negative review about anything in my life. I am completely disgusted and disappointed with this particular locations billing practices. The doctors are wonderful, the treatment I and my family have received has always been top notch... However I will never return. You can tell a lot about a place based on how they deal with their mistakes. They incorrectly sent my samples to the wrong lab despite the fact that I specifically told them that the only lab my insurance covers is Quest. Honest mistake. I get it. I had this problem once before with a different MD. Unlike the other MD (who apologized wholeheartedly and paid the bill) when I brought the bill to them and made them aware of the mistake they dragged the process out until it went to collections and I was forced to pay it. In the process they never said they were sorry, never tried to make amends, and at times appeared to blame me because Quest wasnt written on my insurance card (P.S. As soon as you call my insurance company the automated message says that Quest is the only lab, and my insurance companies is one of the most common ones in NJ so they should know). Shame on your office for not acknowledging your mistake. Shame on your office for your lack of communication. I hope the great doctors there decide that they no longer want to be connected with this behavior and either change the system or go somewhere else.

Ive had 2 horror stories going to this place.. First time, I was sick and during my visit the dr asked if I would like to quit smoking, which I replied "Yea, Id like to quit sometime in the future". That was the entire "conversation". I find out later that she charged my insurance company $200 for a "smoking cessation" program and didnt even tell me about this. The second time, I had the flu and the dr told me to go buy some advil cold & sinus after spending less than 5 minutes with me and to call him in 7-10 days if i wasnt feeling better and THEN he would write me a prescription.. Had to return the next day because I felt like death and saw a nurse (they charged me $50 more to see this nurse than the dr and didnt even tell me about it).. The nurse actually spent some time diagnosing me and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. Then I see my insurance bill and this place charged my insurance for 3 visits instead of 2 visits and also overbilled on top of that! They look for anyway to milk more money from you and/or your insurance company. Extremely shady practices, I will never return here again. If I could leave negative stars I would

The waiting is extremely long (usually an hour or more) but Ive never taken too much of an issue with it. I dont know if the doctors are any better if youre sick, but if you suspect an injury, this is the last place to go. I have messed up joints for life because these people were not able to help and seemed completely oblivious to any information given to them. They have an X-ray machine, but will go as far out of their way as possible to not use it. The best Ive ever gotten was for them to pull or poke the area and tell you its not broken, but never suggest what the problem might be. Because of that, tendons and ligaments were completely overlooked and unmentioned and never given the opportunity to heal nor was there any suggestion on how to. Not to mention the fact that "its not broken" was actually wrong once I went to see a specialist, which they wouldnt recommend. Being your own doctor is better than going here, because they will not help you, only bill you.

WARNING WARNING This medical office is not an urgent care. They bill your insurance as a primary physician and you will most likely be billed as out of network for most insurance plans including Oxford, united health, and others. A short visit to this office could cost you $1000 for a 15 minute appointment. So be careful! ask questions and dont become a victor of Obama Cares fraudulant medical billing scam that will destroy your family due to high costs.

Saw Dr. Gibriano. What a waste of my time. She gave no advice or direction for the issue at hand. Ill wait to see Dr. Desplat next time, even if its a few weeks before his next available appointment.
