Several years ago my old eye doctor suddenly went out of business. Dr. Goods office was able to see me right away and the transition to a new Doctor was painless. Everyone is very friendly in the office and I have not yet had one reason to complain about the service provided. My wife and two young sons also see Dr. Good. He was awesome working with my two boys. He always takes the time to answer any questions you may have! I would recommend without reservation trying them out if you are looking for a new eye doctor!

Easy scheduling, quick exam, and quick ordering of lenses. Courteous staff and friendly doctor who answered all of my questions. They even adjusted a pair of my prescription sunglasses while I waited for my eyes to dilate on a busy Friday. I enjoy the fact you are kept up to date via email as to when your order for glasses or contacts are ready which is a "must" for this day and age.

My experience with Dr. Goods office has been nothing but friendly and easy. I called for a last minute appointment for my daughter and they were able to accommodate me same day. The insurance billing process was seamless and they were very patient in helping us find the frames we needed. And, its a local business which is important to support!

The exam was fine, but I had a problem with my bill that was never resolved. The staff was rather cold to me on the phone, Dr. Good included. When I called about picking up my contacts on a Friday he informed me that the office would be closing at noon, and was rather rude about it.

If you think theyre rude in person, try talking to them over the phone! Its like they actually hate their customers giving them business. Also, getting your eyewear order filled takes longer than usual (3 weeks for single-vision eyeglasses?) through this very cramped office.
