Thank you for all your support and amazing skill in restoring good vision to me following cataract surgery. I’m amazed how blues are so blue, and whites are so white! And being able to see clearly again that I can “pinch leaves off trees” is nothing short of a miracle. The day of surgery your nurse, Tanya, came to my aid. It was raining heavily, and my husband had dropped me off and went to park the car. While doing so he slipped on the wet gravel while getting out of the car. He was OK, but went home to dress his wounds while I waited to go into surgery. Ms. Tanya, upon hearing what happened, arranged for someone to drive me home afterwards. She was like an angel, going the extra mile for me on such short notice. (I understand this is a free service that can be arranged in advance for Dr. Henderson’s patients.) Thank you again for your extraordinary staff and outcome. I have recommended Dr. Henderson to everyone when the topic of cataracts comes up, which is a lot lately! God bless you and your staff, and the great work you do helping people to see. I am so grateful to have my vision restored, especially as an artist. -Karin Klaassen

The Brandon Cataract Center & Eye Clinic has the WORST customer service of any medical facility that I know. I have been going to eye doctors since I was a kid, and this place is horrible. Long waiting times, 2 to 3 hours, in a dimly lit, small, overcrowded waiting room with no music or tv. I just needed a quick follow-up with Dr. Fouracker, so that I could get a refill on my Timoptic eye pressure drops, and so that he could dialate my eyes. I had to make an appointment at the Brandon center, because that was the only place he was working during the Spring Break week (I needed my wife to drive me, since she was off work that week). My appointment was at 2:20 PM and we arrived 10 minutes early after taking the afternoon off from work. At 5:00 PM, they still had not called my name. I asked the technician how much longer and she said that there were still 3 patients ahead of me. There were only 2 patients left in the waiting room. I told her then that this wait was ridiculous, and she just laughed at me. I stormed out madder than ___

I am absolutely ecstatic about my results!!! I recently had upper eye lid surgery. I was having trouble with my periferial vision. I made an appointment to see Dr. Mack. From the first visit, all the staff from the waiting room, to the nurses and tecnicians whom I saw were absolutely wonderful!! When talking to Dr. Mack, he made me feel comfortable and at ease with the surgery process, and I knew then I would be happy with the results. My eyes look amazing!!!!! I can see better than I have in years!!! My surgery was aprox. 3 weeks ago, and unless you looked really close you would never know I had any surgery done. If you are considering this type of surgery I would highly recommend Dr. Mack and his staff. They are truly the BEST!!!!

Dr. Ana Oliva performed bilateral cataract surgery on me with intraocular lens implants. She is extremely competent and I am very happy with my results. She also has successfully treated an eye disorder which has been ongoing for over 2 years, and treated by 9 previous opthomologists. She worked tirelessly to discover the underlying cause and determine a proper treatment for my eyes, which are now healed! When possible, I make appointments in the Sun City Cataract Center, where the staff are very pleasant and wait time not excessive. I would highly recommend her.

Absolutely the VERY BEST in eye care. Dr. Munger did my eyelid surgery 15 years ago, still looks great..Dr.,Alonzo is my ALL AROUND eye Dr. for Several years now, he is kind and caring and trust him completely. Just met Dr. Oliva today and spur of the moment she co-orgnated with Dr. Alonzo to perform surgery on my eyes. She was very thoughtful, caring and sweet to a patient she just met and made time for. All of them were just WONDERFUL TO ME IN MY TIME OF NEED, THANK YOU!!!!! ALWAYS #1, BRANDON EYE CLINIC, BEST IN BRANDON FOLKS BELIEVE ME!!!

it truly a great experience didnt feel anything had both eyes done (cataracts) all follow up were great also the staff was exceptional with there service they all act like they really care. Dr OLiva was truly a professional in every aspect she would actually LISTEN to you and above that i really felt comfortable there. being a veitnam vet going through VA choice program i felt a little apprehensive thinking that doctors outside the VA network didnt care about vets at first but then all is good keep up the good work

Dr. Henderson did cataract lens implants and cornea transplants, for both eyes for my dad, He was very understanding of my dads condition. He also did ms lens implants for both eyes for me and my husband. My husband wore glasses for 60 years, but never again after his procedure. I also love Dr. Alonzo at this practice...great for regular eye exam s... and Dr. Kohlhepp works with them for my macular degeneration. Great doctors and I highly recommend them.

My husband had cataract surgery here at age of 34. The results on the first eye were awful. Dr Henderson has extremely poor bedside manners. We went to a different surgeon for the second eye which came out great at St Lukes however with the first eye having awful results he now suffers headaches, nausea and bad depth perception. We were told Dr Henderson does not use the latest lenses which contributed to the bad results. Please avoid!
