I called 4 times to get an answer (why? because they kept putting me on hold, and after being on hold for a few mins, they would hang up on me.) when I was finally able to talk to contact lens department. the girl was rude and told me right away that she was going to call me back cause she didnt have time to check my account. I thought thats what they were there for, to help the customer. They have always been not so customer friendly but the only reason why I kept going there was because I LOVED how Dc. Jhonson took care of me. he took his time and answered every question always with a smile. Now that he retired I will have to say. Screw Visionworks at preston hwy. Im going to find me a new eye doctor where I get treated with respect.

Dr. Nigh and his staff are EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. Dr. Nigh is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything he is, or will be doing so you are fully aware of whats going on. I did not feel like just a number here, it was actually more like family. The staff and Dr. Nigh were very thorough and fast. I didnt have to wait hardly at all, and I was actually early. After the exam I was given my prescription and explained my situation, and all my questions were answered. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Great experience!

The blond lady seemed very annoyed that we even step foot in there. She was very rude to my wofe, only offering the most expensive choices, she never smiled until we decided to not buy there and then when I said good bye she smiled a bit. She seemed like it was a burden to assist us in any way. She is literally the only reason I didnt buy my glasses there. Just an overall unpleasant experience. My family and I will not ever be returning there. Thanks Vision Works for your sub-par service and prices and for the friendly smiles (sarcasm).

Wow. I walked into the location and was greeted very fast. I bent one of the legs on my Diesel glasses. Upper management looked at me , looked at his team, ran my profile and immediately had a new pair of glasses(replacement set on hand) for me. 15 minutes later I was out the door with a great feeling and relief of having new eye glasses. Thanks gentlemen!

Wow!! What an awesome selection of frames/lenses and great quality. They have a variety of price ranges to fit every budget. My associate was KINSLEY who was MORE than helpful and friendly. EVERYONE was sooooo nice and you can get your glasses the same day!!! Id give you more stars if they were available :)

gave them 1 star just because I cant give them 0. simply called for info about my sons script and was told she was too busy to bring up my account and couldnt help me right now? Really? Blacklisted them for life, pay a few more for real service, beat their frame prices 10 fold online.
