Unprofessional ! They rush you and just want to give you any prescription they can shove on to you. Its a waste of money. Its been 1 month, I have seen 3 doctors at this location and not 1 of them has gotten my prescription right. Dr Winkler especially is a horrible optometrist. She didnt listen to me. I kept telling her that I cannot see with the contacts she gave me. And she said it was fine. She gave me 2 contact prescriptions and told me to mix it up and choose whatever contacts I want! I dont want to have to experiment with buying a hole bunch of different contacts. Thats what the optometrist job is to give you the right prescription. It is absolute bull when they tell you to wait a week so you can see better with the prescription they gave you. I want to be able to see now ! Not in a week! I expect to have the right prescription now! I am never going back there again. When I demanded my money back they made me take my contacts out and put them in a container ! Why would they make me do that? What are they going to re use the pair of contacts I had in my eyes? They are malicious and only want money !

I have been wearing glasses for 25 years and have never experienced the unprofessional service that i recieved at this lens crafters. My wife and i made APPOINTMENTS for 11:40 and 12 on 10-16-15. We arrived early for our appointments to sign in and fill out paperwork and were told that they would be right with us. We waited patiently for 30 minutes without anyone saying anything to us before i asked what was going on. At 12:10 when I asked I was told that the doctor was running behind and that the doctor was with a patient and that there was another patient ahead of us with no aplogies just that the doctor was running behind and there was nothing they could do about it. At that point I was fruatrated because we were on our way out of town and had to leave by 1 so we cancelled our appointments. Bottom line is that if you make an appointment at this location expect to be treated less than as a walk in at other locations.

i went in to by Oakley perception sun gasses, picked out a pair she said these have the mirror finish, ok she ran my prescription and said they were available gave me a price of $846.00 ok she printed out the recipt put in in an envelope and gave it to me and said about 2 weeks, got home looked at the recipte and there was a $145.00 charge for the mirror, never told me it was extra cost, deceived me, i dont like to be tricked, watch them close and question every thing, never go back, you make a fool out of me one time, i wash my hands with you, dont go here there tricksters with a smile

Possibly one of the very worst eye care centers. Even while scheduling, they were trying to upsell and include retinal imaging and contact lens fitting etc etc. I told them that I already have done the imaging some time back and I just need a regular eye check for a prescription, so that I can order fresh contacts, they simply said that it comes together with the eye exam!!! so,instead of a $10 eye check with my insurance, they said I would have to pay $10 + $38 (retinal imaging) + $80 (stupid fitting charges!) for a simple prescription!!

Pushy obviously racist people with no customer service skills up front. A ridiculous fragmented experience, where you end up with glasses that you cant see with. I put them in a junk drawer. Rather than deal with the people glaring at me trying g to get me out if there, I will simply go somewhere else and try again, hopefully I can find some glasses that actually improve my vision, and not deal with arrogant condescending people. This is the epitome of a bad corporate experience.

Customer service has left this lens crafter and so did I, was a loyal customer to LC, for over 15 yr. and when I try to get my last year prescription over the phone the person treated me like I was asking for something free, I paid for it and yes she tried to have me to come in for a exam , must be commission employee , O well by lens crafter ,You can get a eye exam any place and Im sure the service cant be any worst

They have gotten my prescription wrong 2 years in a row. Last year I went back in for new glasses to find out they had given me the wrong lenses (after a year and a half of wearing them) and this year the weakened my prescription after my telling them it wasnt strong enough. The doctors dont listen to your concerns and technicians are careless.

I have been to Lens Crafter many times. I went in Saturday for glasses and the experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. Jason took care and assisted me with the glasses. He was awesome. The eye exam was very excellent as well. They took a lot of time and I never felt rushed.

Terrible. It has been four months and I still do not have the glasses I chose. Waiting to hear from customer service. Run do not go to this location. This manager is shady and should not be in charge. Maybe customer service and assistant manager will help. Unless they do I will not return.

Spoke to 2 people before my visit, and I got 2 different quotes on the cost of my visit. Arrive to my appointment wait nearly an hour for them to tell me that it was going to be even MORE expensive than my first quote. Lens Crafters will NEVER get my business again.
