I would give this location a ZERO star rating if possible. On more than one occasion we experienced a very rude and hostile lab technician. This Quest Labs employee treated almost every patient with the same highly unprofessional behavior (this was done in the main lobby in front of all of the other waiting patients). This location also failed to perform my tests in a timely and professional manner, causing a delayed treatment by my physician. This locations staff was also very rude when my physicians office called them for my test results. I have already contacted Quest Diagnostics headquarters with my concerns and experiences with the Southfield Franklin location. I will never use this locations service again and I highly suggest that you try a different location when the need arises.

Spoke to someone (female) yesterday and got their hours and all the information I needed so that I could be in and out of here for a urine analysis. I show up and their door is locked. I call another Quest and learn that the Southfield one is closing down. On the door is closed for Memorial Day. Worst experience ever. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Ive been to this office twice in the past month for bloodwork for a family member. Very unprofessional. Rude. Would rather a different facility bill my insurance company.
