TERRIBLE!!!!! Person who drew blood didnt enter everything doctor ordered. Now I have to call my doctor, have her call QUEST and order another blood panel and then go back for another blood draw!!!! To top it off Dr only received paperwork for 1 of the four of us that had blood work done. I spent an hour on the phone with QUEST having all three of my kids and myself speaking with the operator because of HIPA laws to get results sent to the doctor. This is supposed to happen without permission!!!! WE ALL SIGNED PAPERWORK WHEN WE WERE THERE TO HAVE THIS SENT TO THE DOCTOR!!!!! I understand human error, but cmon people. First and last time Ill deal with QUEST. TERRIBLE, just TERRIBLE. Way too many mistakes. Save yourself countless hours of frustration. Go somewhere else. Id give them ZERO stars if possible.

Basically all I needed was a screen test when I walked in the door a lady asked me what I was there for and said after I told her a screen test in a rude Manor that they closed at 3 and to come back tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I went on break to get it done when she asked me if I could read the hours on the front of her sign... excuse me? I said you told me to come back and as she shrugs her shoulder she said theres one in Livonia and said they were 10 minutes away... it was at least 25. Extremely unprofessional service. Absolutely garbage employees. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!!

they are cooperative but need help running this office. Always seem overwhelmed and never return phone messages so dont bother leaving one.
