I had an appointment for 8:15, showed up a little early and signed in. Was first on the list to be seen, as appointments take priority over walk ins. The tv estimated a 5 minute wait for me. They proceeded to call 2 walk ins back; both had a longer wait time than myself. Its now 8:35 and Im still sitting here.
