Rude people from the beginning of the process until the end. Tried calling and they very rudely told me they didnt do phone appointments and kept cutting me off to hustle me off the phone. Got in and HAD an appointment (which they "highly recommend" because theyre SUPPOSE to take appointments before walk ins), but they took two walk ins ahead of me. When I called the receptionist on it, she lied to my face and said they had appointments (which they didnt; I checked the sign in sheet). Additionally, the "doctor" was INCREDIBLY rude and condescending, just when I was following the other womans instructions (telling her she had already completed another test, this woman looked at me and said "I couldve figured that out." Eff off.) Go to ANY OTHER LOCATION besides this one. Maybe they only want a certain type of person to go here.

Possibly WORST professional experience Ive ever had in my life. There are only two things to be judged in a place like this; speed, and professional courtesy. I came here for a common urine sample drug test. The woman at the front desk was more than unbecomingly rude. Her sarcasm was beyond unacceptable. The nurse I spoke to afterward made an effort to rush me REGARDLESS of the fact that I had arrived almost ten minutes early. The speed was slow because the sarcasm of the first woman made it difficult for me to know what information she needed from me. My greatest disappointment is only that Im unable to give this place zero stars instead of one.
