Called literally 30 times in a 2 day period to ask for holiday hours (their site is continuously experiencing issues). Not once did they answer the phone. I tried to call adjacent locations in Livonia, Novi, Westland, and Dearborn just for kicks - surprise not a single answer there either. Finally went in, and would you believe that that phone rings off the hook and they dont even look at it? I can see if youre extremely busy, but they werent. They just keep the ringer volume down and ignore it... Ive had the unfortunate experience of having to visit these places several times over the past few years for new employment. Is it a requirement to be an inattentive sloth to work here? 50 bad experiences over the phone and in person in a row are more than coincidence... Quest: pay your folks a little better and perhaps youll get decent workers. Not looking for good, Id take semi-decent...

Blood work front desk was completely unprofessional when i had a question and as in a vengeful move she was not helpful at all when replying to me. Patient behind me knocked on the window and this same employee opened the window, shouted "DO NOT KNOCK ON MY WINDOW" and slammed it shut on her face. Im not kidding, i witnessed it. This locations phone is useless, there is no human contact and there is no way to talk to any. The elevator smelled of urine. My doctor never received the blood work results. This place was terrible, unprofessional, rude and they will treat you like subhuman. I will not recommend it to anyone.

The people who left one-star reviews are probably nightmares. Ive been here a few times, sent by my doc for routine blood work. Waits can be anywhere from 2-40 minutes, based on traffic. According to one of the employees, go around 4-4:30 pm for the shortest waits. Employees are quick, efficient, and skilled with a needle. Besides the clientele, its a good location.

I came in as a walk in and knocked on the window to try to ask a question. The spoke through the glass and sad dont knock on the window so, I had to wait quite some time just to find out if they even do the test I needed done.

I had to have many blood work test done. It took 45 minutes just to write them all down. They were funny and had the patience to get it right. I appreciated it. For what I am going through it was the best it could be.

Saturday am girl working the front desk was so very rude to each customer that checked in with her, she definitely hates her job and lets everyone know it!
