Rudest "professional" Ive have ever witnessed in many years. My daughter-in-law is deathly afraid of needles let alone having to have lab drawn. She had went to this lab a couple of times before and flat out did not want to go alone because "the blonde" is just rude, gives her no forewarning beforehand, has bruised her a couple of times and is just not nice. I went along with my daughter-in-law for moral support thinking there was nothing to her claim and was I wrong. Im a well educated woman who worked in healthcare for nearly 30 years-DO NOT GO TO THIS QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. Ill travel to another area before allowing anyone treat myself or my family this cold and crass.

Omg!!! If you have to have anything done DO NOT GO HERE!!! My daughter was here for a 3 hour glucose test they are the rudest most unprofessional people weve ever dealt with!!! If your that miserable with your job you should find something else!!! They didnt inquire about her allergies and shes allergic to latex!! Incompetent doesnt even begin to describe this place!!! The state should close it down!!! We are contacting corporate and the better business bureau!!!

One man that took my blood made me feel sexually harassed by asking if the needle "felt good sliding in." On a different occasion, the woman that took my blood was distracted when another lady came in to ask a question. What she was doing hurt more. My arm still hurts (almost 2 months later) probably from her hitting the nerve right there while she was distracted. Who interrupts someone getting stabbed like that?
