I hate having my blood drawn. After I put it off for almost 2 months, I was still feeling anxious. I feel like some phlebotomists really ignore youre preferences when taking blood. It had a pretty usual feel as far as the ambience, which to me doesnt matter as much as the customer service and bedside manner. The tech there was a really sweet guy, who listened well, took my advice about my tendency to faint and even had me lay down for a more comfortable experience!! I am so glad I finally went and that the service was so great!

Dont go here. Go to Chelsea instead. This location is like a third world country. Very unprofessional. I waited for over a half hour and only one person was called up. With six people in front of me, I could not wait another 3 hours. One lady came out of the back with a cup to give a sample. The restroom is located in the waiting area with a thin door where everyone hears everything. Are you kidding me? I left and drove to the Chelsea location. Driving time-15 min. Waiting time in Chelsea-15 min. Well worth it.
