I like that the clinics hours are convenient and Dr. Ram is kind and patient. Nurses are nice, some better than others. But when I have to see Dr. G, Im reminded of why I really cant rate this clinic any higher. I went in for a physical, never even knew what my blood pressure was that day. Thats just how short, rushed, and impatient Dr. G is. Ask her a question, shell be quick to respond in a way that makes you feel like youre wasting her time. Ask her a simple question about ANYTHING outside the reason youre there, shell rudely remind you to make a separate appointment. Sure, if thats policy fine, but you shouldnt be rude when someone has a true concern. Perhaps shell treat you better, but if youre looking for someone to truly listen and care about your health concerns, you may want to try someone else. Dr. Gs bedside manner leaves much to be desired. Also, expect to wait beyond your appointment time.

Dr G did not select a diagnosis on the form although she said I had something worthy of being prescribed a zpac. When I asked for the diagnosis, she said laryngitis. I said no it is not laryngitis (because I have congested sinuses and sore throat). She then said it was sinusitis and wrote it in illegible writing on the bottom of the form. It seemed to me she did not care about being professional nor conscientious or she would have filled the form out properly. She did not seem to care about giving me a diagnosis at all yet she did feel it warranted antibiotics.

Went in today to get an XRAY done. Staff is very rude... Nurses, xray techs, and front office staff. Will not go back. Rooms are small and the staff will not let more than one adult go back. Worst dr service we have ever had. This is not the first time we have been to this location. Everytime we go there they are rude. Wasnt the first time. Will be going to the Reagan medical clinic on Five Forks for now on if we need immediate care.

first visit turned into no visit. Appt was at 11am. At approx 11:30 after several other people came in and were seen, receptionist finally hands me paperwork to fill out. After returning a few minutes later she requests SS# on form. Told her was not giving that information, Not required to by law. Refused to see me. terrible service, rude, and not helpful at all.

I absolutely LOVE every experience I have had. Dr. Gunadeva, Dr. Tan, and Dr. Ram are the best! They are thorough, kind, and conscientious of each patients time. I have been a patient here for over six years and not one complaint. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went in for consultation and this office charged me $222.66 for nothing !!! I sat there for 5 minutes and left paid co-pay 20 something dollars ... months later I find out these guys forwarded the bill to the Collection Bureau. Worst place to go ever !!!

I have been here several times because the hours are extended and great in a pinch. The nursing staff is great. The front desk staff can be rude at times. I feel as though I am receiving quality care and get support.

I took my daughter here twice. Was seen in thirty minutes after appointment time and everyone was pleasant. Correct diagnosis both times. I will be going back if needed.
