Apparently my test was sent to these criminals who claim they sent the results to me and the doctors office. Well I never got any results back and they want to bill me for what I didnt receive. Dont pay the criminals a dime unless you have your verified results in your hand. The next they send your bill to a fraudulent collection agency that continues to send out mailings and call daily. Even after I had spoken with them that the results were never sent and I didnt get any information from the test they were sent. At the doctors office I was told I would only have to pay for the test which was done before I left. No information was told to me that I would have to pay an additional amount to an offsite lab.

I got here at 12:30. There were 2 people in waiting area. They were finally called to the back around 1:30pm. Its 2:10 and I am still waiting to be called back. The employees appear to be having nice conversations with each other. Laughing and picture sharing is going on. They seem to have absolutely no as to time management, treatment of patients, or being prompt, speedy, or professional. I will never come here again! Btw, it only took almost 2 hours for them to give me a cup to pee in! Poor service!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Literally the worst service I have ever received in my life. Staff didnt even speak to me until they called me back. Instead head nods and shakes plus tapping on clipboards. Dont bother making an appointment because it makes no difference as they still dont get to you until well after the appointment time.

This place is hell. Rude worker at the front desk. Standing room only in the overcrowded and far too small waiting room. Here for a pre employment drug screen and only need to pee in a cup so I can leave. It shouldnt be this complicated.

Unfortunately, Im at expert at getting my blood drawn for my thyroid. The lady that took my blood this time clearly had no clue what she was doing. My arm has been severely bruised and numb for ten days now.

This is the most unprofessional Labcorp Ive ever been the staff is very ghetto and have no respect for patients....anything associated with GWINNETT MEDICAL.... It is horrible I will not recommend.

When to Labcorp for a pre-employment drug screen,the drug screen starts at 9:00 am was called at 9:10 was out in less than 10 minutes and the staff was nice and professional.
