Yes it takes time for your blood drawn but I blame it on corporate and not onsite staff for not having enough staffing to serve the clients. The staff was apologetic after I had to wait an hour. Since I have worked in healthcare in a senior management capacity it is clear to me that corporate is out of touch with their locations and prefer to overwork their staff for their own profits and bonuses. Hire more staff during peak hours and keep your staff and customers. Peak hours have a great deal of employer required drug testing clients which need to to be addressed separately (they provide urine in a specimen cup) from those of us providing blood for testing. They dont take drug testing clients until 9 am so show up at 8 am if you are doing traditional blood tests.

I am a labcorp employee and I do sincerly apologize to all the people with negative reviews. I have not been at this location long and I understand most of the concerns. We are closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00pm. We do not start drug screens until 9:00am and stop at 4:00pm. We are no longer open until 5:00pm. Hopefully things will get better we are in the process of alot of changes that may help the wait times and the process of everything. Just know that we appreciate all of your business and Thank you for coming to Labcorp. P.S You can make appointments online which can help the process go smoother for labwork and if you come in for drug screens please have your license(ID) or passport

One reason I dislike cumming. They see skin color and are racist. Went here I come in immediately she says Im being rude to her all because I walked in said I didnt know I would have to wait and walked out to pee. She then continues with her attitude slamming the pen on the counter saying I wouldve been checked in if I wasnt rude. Then she has a black woman come and do the work for her. Mind you Im black and shes white. As I sit in the waiting room drinking water I notice how she talk with other people that came in verses how she spoke with me. Its sad we still live in a world like this. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else for testing but there.

I sent two people to Labcorp today and both came back saying how rude the employees were was at the Cumming location. Just because they are there for a drug screen doesnt mean they are guilty of anything or should be disrespected. If you dont like your job -- move on. Labcorp needs to consider how badly this reflects on them. I think we will take our business down the road to another local Drug Free Workplace screener.

After reading so many negative reviews, I almost didnt go to this location. I decided since I only needed blood drawn, how bad could my experience be. I checked in about 9:30am (no appointment) with about 7 people ahead of me and was walking out at 10:30am. Not bad at all I thought! The receptionist was pleasant and the lady who drew my blood was very friendly as well!

I made an appointment for 12:15 via their website. When I arrived, the door was locked. It turns out that this location is closed from 12:00 until 1:00 for lunch. Even though I had an appointment, nobody contacted me to let me know that my appointment time was not available. But to their credit, once they opened at 1:00, they got me through my test very quickly.

Very poor customer relations going on here. We were exactly three (3) minutes late to my daughters appointment. We were ignored until about 20 minutes after her appointed time, when we hear "well she missed her appointment, she was 15 minutes late". Very rude and disrespectful staff. They need a purge. I will not use them ever again.

I just went in about 10 minutes prior to closing and the blond phlebotomist told me it would be more convenient for her if Id come back in the morning or go to another location, since my work schedule doesnt allow me to get there sooner. Im sure the owner isnt aware of this policy of closing before theyre actually closed.

I almost drove out if my way to go to a different Lab Corp location because of all of the negative reviews. I am glad I didnt. The office was busy, but the receptionist did her best to process everyone as quickly as possible. The technician was excellent. I hate needles and I didnt even feel the stick. Good job!

The lady behind the front desk seemed very distracted with personal things. She answered multiple personal phone calls.... continuously talked to herself and on the phone about personal issues IN FRONT of customers. She cussed at one man that did not have his I.D. With him.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Staff extremely rude. If you have no other choice, be prepared to wait at least 3 hours along with seeing people who came in after you being seen before you.

Receptionist short and crass. Did not listen to for my responses and tried to assumed what I said - which was incorrect. Then had an attitude when I had to give the answer again to clarify.

Been waiting 55 min for simple blood work. Havent even been called back yet to start it for crying out loud! I will NOT be back to this location & will try the one in Johns Creek.

Got in at 8:10 was told to wait till 9 for drug testing to start. Came back at 9 only one person working to whole office. Labcorp in cumming is poorly ran.
