THIS PLACE HAS VERY UNPRFESSIONAL STAFF! I WENT TO HAVE A DRUG SCREEN DONE FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT ON 11/14/14 AND I GOT THERE AT 4:46PM THERE HOURS ARE FROM 7:30AM TO 5:00PM I WAITED TILL 5:15 BEFORE SOMEONE FINALLY CALLED ME TO THE CHECK IN WINDOW THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY STOP DOING DRUG SCREENS AT 4;00PM NOWHERE IS IT POSTED LIKE THE LADY SAID SO I LEFT. i WENT BAK TODAY 11/17/14 MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 12:45PM PRIOR TO GOING ARRIVED AT THE TIME I MADE APPOINTMENT FOR 12:45PM SAT IN THE LOBBY FOR AN HOUR BEFORE I WENT TO THE WINDOW AND ASKED HOW LONG IT WAS GONNA BE SHE SAID THEY HAD ONE PERSON DOING SCREENS AND I JUST HAD TO WAIT THEY COULDNT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED TIME ON HOW LONG IT WOULD BE I SAID "I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 12;45PM AND I HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE IN THE LOBBY FOR AN HOUR NOW. THE LADY FINALLY BROUGHT ME BACK WHEN I GOT BACK THERE THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I COULD NOT HAVE MY CHILD BACK THERE WITH ME DURING THE DRUG SCREEN NOW KEEP IN MIND THEY SEEN ME WITH HIM FOR THIS WHOLE HOUR I SAT IN THE LOBBY AND NOT ONCE TOLD ME PRIOR TO ME GOING BACK THERE! SO ONCE AGAIN I COULD NOT GET MY DRUG SCREEN DONE BECAUSE THIS TIME I HAD MY CHILD WITH ME WHICH I AM THE SOLE CARETAKER FOR DURING THE WEEK I HAVE NO ONE TO WATCH HIM UNTIL LIKE 6:00PM! THESE LADIES WHERE VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY UGLY TO ME WITH THE WAY THEY SPOKE TO ME AND EVERYTHING!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER I KNOW I WILL NOT RETURN TO THEM AND I WILL BE SEEING WHAT CAN BE DONE TO FILE SOME KIND OF SUIT AGAINST THIS OFFICE BECAUSE YOU SHOULD NOT MAKE SOMEONE WAIT AN HOUR BEFORE YOU TELL THEM A CHILD CANT BE BACK THERE WHEN THEY SEEN HE WAS WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME NOR SHOULD THEY TALK OR TREAT PATIENTS THE WAY THEY DID MYSELF WITH MY CHILD THERE WATCHING EVERY BIT OF IT!!!! SORRY PLACE AND SORRY EMPLOYEES!!!!

I brought my wife there in October. She was complaining about some abdominal pain. She checked in and was then brought back for the examination. I waited in the lobby. She came out about a half hour to 45 minutes later. One month later I get a bill for $742.00. After the insurance. Oh and take more iron. What a bunch of criminals. Butchers and doctors both wear white coats... for a reason. Never was told what they were going to do or how much it would be. Just do it and bill later. What kind of buisness operates this way. This is the reason that health care is so screwed up. Find out up front what they are doing and how much it will cost. Thats how buisness is supposed to be. We feel ripped off.

Waiting area is unmaned, just a sign in sheet. Apointment will help you wait less... but thats not saying much. DO NOT GO WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Took over 50 minutes in waiting area for them to call me. After that, took my paperwork and ID and had to wait another 30 minutes to give a simple urine sample. Waiting area does have a tv, but no magazines. I noticed on their sign in sheet they have a "time served" box. They are lying to their own people putting down the time they call you name, not the time tou are taken in to be taken care of. That can be a 30 minute difference.

Maybe I got lucky. I came in 10:00 A.M no appointment and 2 mins sitting down was called to the back. Drug test for job was easy, and simple. After just signed a few documents and was out before 10:30 A.M. . The women nurses did not even speak to me, I had to speak 1st. But the tall bald guy welcomed me, and was nice and respectful. No was even at front desk but they had a tablet to sign in on.

I made an appointment and went to this location because it was close by, fearing the experience based on earlier reviews. However, I was treated respectfully and served in a timely manner. The only negative part was the loud television in the waiting room.

Called and called just trying to confirm whether open for business or not. Placed on hold mutiple times. Real simple question "are you open" hung up after 6 min on hold. If lab is that incompetent with a simple question what could happen with labs.

Needed to speak with someone at the local office. Called and got, "Voice mail box is full. Call again later". Really? Called national number and got put on hold for 4 minutes and they werent able to reach the office either. Hmmm.

Dont ever choose to drop off at this location. 15 minutes waiting time for drop off a sample.
