I had a hot and cold experience here. We were sent to this office by our doctor for an emergency CT Scan. When we got there, the doctors orders were not clear, in fact incorrect. I asked them to contact the doctors office. The staff was put off by my request and complained about the doctor in front of several patients. When they did call, after I explained what we needed, they still did not understand the orders and acted disgusted when I needed to correct them a second time. Further, they did not have the syringes we needed for PEG tube contrast. I had to go to my house to get some and bring them back. Long story short, the technician was terrific but the staff completely failed to see or nicely/respectfully address our urgent need. We did, however, get through the scan process more quickly than we would have at the ER.

Despite of having an appointment for an mri, they had us wait for an hour and did not have the pre-auth even after they had all details from us prior to our arrival and at the end they sent us back. Total waste of time and money, staff was totally non-cooperative. We needed the imaging done for an emergency and our treatment got delayed due to this.

Lack of smile in front desk, I never get called to schedule my appointments, I have to call them twice. This was my Dr recommendation otherwise I will choose another imaging center.

The Ultrasound Tech was nice and good at her job. The cost and service are infinitely better than at NSide Hospital.
