Wish i could do negative stars. 1st they ignored what my normal doctor told them to prescribe me for strep causing me to have it for over a month because the didnt listen and gave me an antibiotic that my doctor told them does not work for me. Got to listen to rhw recording of my doctor telling this office what to use and they didnt do it. 2nd my co-worker went in and had ear meds prescribed fhat were over $200 and tpld too bad when ahe said i cant afford that. 3rd my mom went in and was diagnosed woth bronchitis they prescribed a Ned costing $400 and tols her too bad when ahe called for a generic she could afford tbat they dont prescribe generic and it waa her issue not theirs! ill wait a week to get into my doctor from now on and the people i work with and my mom works with never go here either. You lost about 50 people that you could of saw.. Good job!

It seems as though the office staff just wants to sit around and get paid without doing anything to help anyone. Any question seems like an inconvenience and every time we go for an appointment we are not even called back to a room until 20+ minutes past our appointment time. The doctor seems knowledgeable but it is nearly impossible to see them if you have a job yourself. They also try to schedule multiple unnecessary visits just to "talk" about how your child is doing. The same can be managed with a simple phone call that doesnt cost $200 like a visit would. I hate that I have to bring my children here. So frustrating and disappointing.

This woman is terrible at what she does and should not be trusted with other peoples health. I have seen Dr. Barkway for many years because I rarely go to the doctor and didnt care to make the effort to find a new physician. I have never once waited less than an hour to be seen, the office staff is all extremely rude, and today I was put in a room that ALREADY HAD ANOTHER PATIENT IN IT. It was the last straw on top of the fact that she doesnt really care about your symptoms, tell you what you have, or even pretend to be concerned - just asks questions and writes an Rx.

I am not a patient there, they contacted me looking for someone who used to have my number, but when I called back to update them I was told they couldnt take my number out of their records because they cant look up a patient by phone number. What medical program doesnt let you do that?? I use clinicpro daily and its super easy to find. Guess Ill just have missed phone calls because your receptionists are inept. Didnt even try to figure anything out. Both myself and the patient who needs care are SOL since they wont look into matters themselves.

They are the worst clinic ive ever been to treated me like a drug addic and talked to vaery disrespectful and litterly gave me my meds to fill at the pharmacy and then called and told them to rip them up and for the past fews days i have been not feeling good nor have i had my medication and now they wont see me because they feel as im just teting to get drugs this is a place i wouldnt take your kids or your self because these care nor treat you with any respect i dont recommend it to anyone to go here

Dr Trelor is an amazing pediatrician and the nurses and office staff are always so friendly! My son loves all the nurses and Dr Trelor along with Kelsie! They just are amazing. Great hours and very good at treating and getting you to the right specialist if necessary!

They gave me the wrong papers when I left. Had a girls information on it with her address phone number everything. Took it back and they didnt apologize, took her paper, never gave me mine, and shut the window. Who has my info? Major hippa violation.

Writing this review from the lobby. My gf had a 3:00 appointment, and its 4:08 and she still hasnt seen Barkway. This place is a joke. One of the nurses thought she was lying when my gf said she never smoked. We are both finding new new Doctors.

Ive been a member of health specialist of lenawee for 30 years and I have seen doctors come and go but I couldnt ask for a better group of doctors they are always there for my needs and my wait time is never long.

I saw her a few times in the year and a half my family went to her. She met my daughter but couldnt ever remember I had one. She was always rushing people out, even though you waited 1-2 hours on average.

Quality of care is excellent! I love the walk-in option as well as after hours clinic. Very convenient to have labs and x-ray available on site
