"You never get a second chance to make a first impression". Well for me and my dog Jax, Greystone Veterinary Hospital gets 5 stars. The office is clean, modern and inviting. We were greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome from Dr. Lindsay Kostal as soon as we walked in the door. Dr. Kostal addressed the reason for our visit which really alleviated my stress and worrying. She even called the next day with the test results and to follow up with Jax. Sometimes its the little things that stand out to me. The prices are very fair. I dont feel like Im paying for their "overhead" like I did with another Parma Vet/Spa. Dr. Kostal & Greystone Veterinary Hospital just got a new client! I give them 5 STARS Jax gives 4 PAWS + 1 WET NOSE!

I have an older rescue dog that has had bad experiences with vets. I actually had a vet tell me she was aggressive and needed to be put down. I went to Greystone and warned Dr. Kostal that she might have to muzzle Cocoa. Dr. Kostal not only did not muzzle her but put her completely at ease. Cocoa doesnt even mind going to the vet now. I recently had to have a growth removed from her eye, and opted to have a laser treatment done as well. The operation was a huge success, and the laser treatment for her joint issues provided amazing results. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Not only is the staff helpful, knowledgable and kind but their prices are very reasonable. What a blessing you all are. THANK YOU !

Took my cat here with some major digestive issues on 5/7/15. They did lots of tests and ended up putting my cat under to manually remove the blockage. Fortunately the cat was ok and really needed the procedure done - which they did successfully. Unfortunately they charged us $500 - without much to compare to we thought this was a lot but ok given the situation. Several weeks later the darn cat had the same problem again. Gateway Animal Clinic in Treemont charged us $194 for the same procedure. Needless to say I was shocked that the same cat with the same problem costs twice as much to be treated here. Beware of their prices. Service was good. But price was not reasonable.

I was so pleased with my first visit with Dr. Lyndsay Kostal and her staff. She is so friendly, and found what was wrong with my little pup quickly. He hasnt been this happy or playful in months. I love the fact tests are done in house, unless they need to absolutely go out to a lab. No more waiting for results a week later. I recommend her to all that need excellent patient/Doctor discussions and the best route to go. Thank you Doctor Kostal for a stress free visit and answers. Bear thanks you for getting back to normal and playing and bouncing through the yard again. So awesome. Bette

I have been going to Dr. Lindsay Kostal for 3 years now. I have Guardians 4 Paws rescue and I take all my animals to her, as well as my personal pets. She is caring, gentle and kind. Lindsay goes above and beyond to make sure the health and welfare of animals are cared for in a positive way. Greystone also has a kind and caring Vet Tech, Kristin, that takes really good care of all animals. I would highly recommend Dr. Lindsay Kostal at Greystone Vet Hospital.

Weve been taking our dog to Greystone for 4 months, and we love it! Dr. Kostal and her staff are fantastic. They’re always extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling and greeting us warmly. You can tell they’re genuine animal lovers! Dr. Kostal takes time out of her busy schedule to answer any and all questions I have, making me feel that all her patients are important. The prices are reasonable and fair and I can’t imagine taking our Chula anywhere else.

I brought my pup to greystone a few years ago when I found out she was heartworm +. Dr. K did an excellent job treating her with the lowest risk treatment! Weve gone back for routine visits and even one last minute emergency visit and I have nothing but praise for Dr. K and her staff! My dog loves them and she is very well cared for here! She is also very reasonable in price compared to other vets in the area!

Greystone Veterinary Hospital is a family owned business. They provide excellent services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will answer any questions you may have. If they dont have the answers to your questions or concerns, they will refer you to a place that does, or tell you they do not know the answer. They are an excellent business to place your animal’s concerns in, and your trust in.

Finally found a good vet for my shelter dog after moving . Greystone is a great place for your animals to go for their care. Dr. Is young and friendly as is the rest of staff no rushing you out, wonderful bedside manner, and has a lab right there. They also have lots of services and really good prices with senior discount. Cant say enough of how happy Skipper and I are to have found them.

My old vet, who I loved, had retired. I didnt like the vet who replaced him. I woke up on a -10 degree winter day with a cat with upper respiratory problems. I called Greystone and was able to get an appointment within the hour. They have been my primary vet ever since. Dr. Kostal and her staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for all pet parents.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. They are always able to get my dogs in when needed (often on short notice), prices are comparable to other vets I have used, and they often call to check up on my dogs after theyre in for visits or procedures. I also like the ability to request appointments and medication refills through the website and app.

Dr. Kostal and her staff are the best. A year ago we brought an abandoned starving dog that we found thrown away on the side of the road to her office after another vet almost let him die overnight. After several hours of intense treatment and care he was on his way to recovery. We still have him and she takes great care of him and our old cat! !!

I absolutely love everyone at Greystone Vet Hospital! My dog has some big health issues (arthritis, cancer) and she loves when we pull up to Greystone! I love taking my dogs to Greystone vet hospital. Dr. Kraig and staff truly care about your pet. They dont generally order extra random testing just to earn an extra buck and will gladly explain to you why they are necessary. They are very upfront about costs and are great to work with. Plus my dogs love her!
