Dr. Williams was great for taking care of my cat Cheddar today. However, the vet assistant (whos name I dont know) decided to add in about $60 worth of cat food in my bill estimate of $722 and didnt take the time to a.) discuss it with me b.) give it to me before I left Pretty lacking service on her part, especially when one is paying so much in vet bills. I was in my car ready to leave when I remembered Dr. Williams mentioning in passing that food was added to my costs (how much I wasnt told), and so I went back inside to see about it. The receptionist had no idea. She went to the back and found the food I had been forcefully charged for. I looked at it, and returned one of the food items, because I already have the correct food for my cat. This vet assistant also was very lax when going over my cats medicine. She read to me the directions printed on the label, but didnt specify when to begin administering the medicine. Today? tomorrow? She might want to consider being a bit more thorough in dealing with customers. And I also have never been to a vet clinic where they charge you for a decent amount of food without your knowledge or consent (and then dont even have it ready for you!).

Just had my first appointment at Concierge Veterinary Hospital with my 11 week old puppy and the whole experience was amazing. I wish the healthcare experience for humans was this good...I never thought that I would leaving feeling like my dog was receiving better healthcare than I do but thats how it ended up. Upon arrival I was politely greeted and promptly brought to the back to an exam room with my pooch. No waiting time whatsoever! The facility was spotless which shows they take great pride in the service they provide. Then, I was promptly joined by the vet tech, Jessica, and she was great. She took the time to answer all of my questions (I came in with a long list) and was very knowledgeable and patient which I appreciated. Dr. Lopez was also a pleasure to deal with. He spent a lot of time with me explaining how to keep my pooch healthy and happy. They have a customer for life with me. Hank thanks you all for the free treats as well!

My parents started bringing their dogs when our oldest, Mongo, was suffering from a tumor in his head. Every vet we sought out was outrageously priced and grim. However when it became an emergency Dr. Lopez was available immediately and years later Mongo is still doing amazing. The new office is beautiful and they can offer even more expert care for their furry patients. I didnt hesitate to bring my 19 year old kitty today to have her ears looked at. Ive only ever brought in my parents dogs when they needed the extra hand, so it was the first time Id brought one of my own. The staff is gentle, kind, and treat their furry patients with expert care. I am usually very nervous when I have to bring my fur babies to the vet, but when I bring them here I always know theyre going to be well taken care of. I have recommended them before and I will do it again.

I took my exs dog in this morning for his physical and shots, as he had to work. Dr. Lopez and his staff are always professional, helpful and very nice. Its always a pleasure going there as they are amazing with our four-legged children. This was my first time in his new location. I thought his other location was nice. This one was out of this world. He had all the bells and whistles that a veterinarian should have. It was nicely appointed and hes even started selling some pet related items. Like specialty foods, toys, beds, etc... So glad hes there and can now help with any kind of problem that could arise with our children. If you need a great vet, who isnt afraid to discuss your pets situation without our feeling rushed , then hes the vet for you.

Dr Lopez and staff have been marvelous in their care for my dog Wrigley. On our first visit he came to the reception area and sat with us to get acquainted. We were not put in an exam room to wait endlessly. His approach is exceptional. The medical care she received was right on target for every issue. My only regret is moving away from Naples. It will be most difficult to find a vet the likes Dr Albert Lopez!!!!
